Customer service should be improved. I was told that if I had waited rather than gone home they would have gotten to my vehicle quicker. I had to call to check on the vehicle. Kendyl did a wonderful job as our sales person. She listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle and helped us get just what we needed.
