I traveled over 80 miles from New Orleans to have my vehicle serviced while experiencing brake issues. Prior to my arrival, I reached out via email to discuss the concern. Upon my visit, I was informed that there were no problems; however, a subsequent evaluation at another service center revealed that my brakes were in a metal-on-metal condition. It appears that the initial service center did not make any attempt to inspect my brakes. This situation is highly unsatisfactory. More
