Mall Chevrolet was our first stop in shopping for a new car. My brother bought his 1st new car @ Mall Chev in the late 50s...a light blue & white Chevy Biscayne with stick shift! Joe browsed the lot for a car not only in our price range (my brother was paying cash as this was a present to me (what a guy I have for a brother!) and with a great warranty. Joe found a 2008 Saturn Aura, clean as could be inside & out with only 52,000 miles and with the warranty Joe wanted us to have. SOLD!! I've owned a very used Ford Falcon, a new 1970 VW Bug and 2 used Chevettes. I'm in heaven driving my impressive looking first "adult" car. Joe & Frank were friendly, accommodating, knowledgable and went to great lengths to work within my brother's budget. More
Proposed a "deal" had to wait a few weeks, than had to call and speak with sales manager to "sell" my deal to him. Overall they excepted the deal I asked for. When we first pulled in Robert came over to us and greeted us in a very friendly manner. We explained that we were interested in the new Chevy Cruze and would only be interested in making a deal if we greeted us in a very friendly manner. We explained that we were interested in the new Chevy Cruze and would only be interested in making a deal if we could get the $159/mo price advertised in the paper. Robert immediately informed us that the advertised price included in fine print a substantial down payment. Once we were aware of the "hidden" cost" we sat down to figure out a way to get the monthly payment to $159. Throughout the process Dominic and Robert were very helpful, friendly and courteous. We finally signed the papers and drove off with our Cruze. More

The problem was they were not very hungry for business I went to Mall based upon the rating on this site. They were friendly, no doubt about it. The problem was they were not very hungry for business. They had a leftover 2010 Camaro 2SS that I was interested in. They wanted to negotiate from MSRP, which was not happening from my perspective. They also tried to lowball me on my trade in. I eventually got $4,000 more at Burlington Chevrolet for the truck. The good news was I was only at the dealership for about an hour before any hope of a deal was exhausted. Even when I was leaving, they were friendly, but don't go to Mall despite the high ratings here unless you feel like paying way too much for a new car. More
I gave them this rating because, they were very courtious and frienly. They didn't try to pressure me into buying a car.
