sent email to three dealers at 8:15 in the morning, by 8:30 received phone call from mall chevrolet. I told Dan what I was looking for,also told him Iwas going to three other dealers first,but that Iwas 8:30 received phone call from mall chevrolet. I finally showed up three hours later, and exactly what Dan told me was sitting in the driveway, but I didn't like the color, but without no pressure or lies he showed me a Black Chevy Avalanche LTwZ71 Package. From the first phone call to pricing to the end of deal there was never any pressure,lieing or hageling. This was the best experience that I ever had at any car dealer in my lifetime and I owned alot of trucks and cars in 35 years. One Saturday around 12PM the brakes on my '09 Aveo started to make this horrible grinding noise. I had a very important meeting at 3PM that day and it wasn't a very good time to have a car problem. I drove to Mall Chevy and went to the service dept. without an appointment. They said they were booked heavy that day with appointments and did't have a full service crew as it was Saturday. Well they found the time not only to fix my problem, they also got my car fixed quickly and didn't even charge me. I made my meeting on time that day and if it wasn't for Mall Chevy I would have missed it. The service department came through again! Thanks a million guys! More

Horrible dealer. Their offer was over $1500 more than other dealers in the area, and they kept trying to tell me this was because of 'hidden fees' and that they're the 'honest guys'. When the sales rep called me back a few days later I told him I wasn't interested and he became very nasty over the phone with me. I can't believe how unprofessional he was. I decided to visit Mall Chevrolet because I was looking to get out of my Honda Accord Coupe Ex Lease because I was expecting and wanted a 4 door car. I was interested in a Chevy Equinox. I went in and Cu to get out of my Honda Accord Coupe Ex Lease because I was expecting and wanted a 4 door car. I was interested in a Chevy Equinox. I went in and Curt is who approached me and my boyfriend. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay. Of course they kept coming back with payments that were just to high for me and out of my price range. I wasn't in a hurry to get into a car that I couldn't afford. My whole mentality going into this is if they can get me where I want to be I will make the purchase if not it will not kill me to wait another year. Of course they kept coming back with prices that were still to high. After a while we came to an agreement that I would put $800 and get into the car for $375/month. At this point, they had ran my credit and new where I was so I was thinking awesome that they could do something. Well we go ahead and sign all of the papers (which they breezed through, briefly explaining what each form was for). They give me the keys to the car and I cleaned out my old car and as far as I am aware the deal is done but then they tell me I had to come back and sign the lease papers (this seems odd to me because I have leased several hondas before and never had to go back to sign any paperwork). I was so excited to have a new car especially since it was my birthday and I new my baby was going to have a safe 4-door car to ride in when she gets here. All of this took place on a Thursday. They ask me to come back Saturday and complete the paperwork. -Saturday comes and I am prepared to go sign the paperwork when Curt or Frank calls me and tells me that their computer systems are down and they are sorry for the inconvenience can I please come back on Monday. Okay no biggie I will come Monday night. Monday night-My boyfriend and I head over to the dealership. We are greeted by Curt who sits us at a table and basically leaves us sitting there for 15-20 minutes. Then after that Frank comes over and tells us that the paperwork still isn't ready and they are so sorry for the inconvenience and they will make it up to me perhaps wash my car or something. I said ok. He told me that they would call me to let me know when the paperwork was ready. Tuesday-I didn't call them nor did I hear anything from them. Wednesday Day-I decide to call them and I get Curt. He says the paperwork is ready and I can come in that night. Wednesday Night- My boyfriend and I head back over to the dealership. We wait around for about 10-15 minutes when Frank finally comes over. He said that they couldn't get the deal to go through and that the lowest price they can get me at was $427/month because according to the bank they could only get me in a Tier B (has to do with your credit). Grant it when we were there before my boyfriend was mentioning the tier system to Curt and he was looking at him like he was crazy likek what are you talking about tiers. So I sat there crying my eyes out because at this time I thought I had purchased a car that I had been driving a week. I told him you never told me that there was a chance that the payment could go up and that you had to make the deal with the bank. That is something that I had thought been taken care of already. Since I have leased cars in the past, I thought that the negotiation with the bank was something that had already been taken care of since I have never had this happen in the past. As I become hysterical and beligerent (grant it I am 8 months pregnant and emotional already) you could see that Frank was just getting frustrated and he told me well it was in the paperwork that you signed. How sleazy is that!!!!!!!! I told them I wasn't paying that a month and just to give me my Honda back and my $800. He said that was fine. We go to the front desk and they tell us that we have to come back there once again to pick up the check because the finance office is closed. My overall experience at Mall Chevrolet sucked! I have always heard that car salesmen were sleazy but have really never experienced one but my experience at Mall Chevrolet has definitely changed that. As much as I can take a little blame for not reading the paperwork, who does that! I am 8 months pregnant and it was my birthday you let me take the car knowing that my credit was not good and that there was a pretty good chance that I would not qualify in Tier A under the bank to receive that low payment. They let me take the car and didn't explain this to me because they see a young pregnant woman looking for a car and they thought if they let me take it I would fall in love with it and pay whatever price they throw at me later. If you are looking for a Chevy heed my advice and look elsewhere. I would never recommend anyone to go back to this place. They are a bunch of crooks! More
