My wife took my trail blazer in for oil change service and also requested to check out by Heater since it was not blowing air out the upper vents. I found this dealership while searching on line and they had the best deal out of all the other dealerships i had seen. When i arrived the car i wanted to test drive was already to go and the salesperson Cu had the best deal out of all the other dealerships i had seen. I bought a 2006 Impala from Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Car was sold to me as Certified Preowned and came with a Certified Warranty. I have the window sticker to prove that. When it came time Hill, NJ. The Car was sold to me as Certified Preowned and came with a Certified Warranty. I have the window sticker to prove that. When it came time to have expensive work done on the vehicle, it turns out they never "Certified" it, and even though I do have the paper stating my vehicle is Certified, the managers told me "You're beat, you have nothing on us". I contacted GM and they said my car wasn't ever Certified by Mall. The Window Sticker has my VIN number on it! What more proof could I possible have? BBB referred me to the Attorney General, and the fight continues. More
