He was so personable and understood the situation that I had explained to Michelle prior. There was also a VERY AGGRESSIVE woman there, came over and sat down with me and tried to persuade me and it was only $$ more, and if I heard safety one more time. I was totally disgusted. i want to make this work for both you and me. When I rejected and would not budge and gathering my items she went to check with someone about something. She mumbled something under her breath. I was really done. I am not one to show anger, immediately, I kept smiling and being polite. I also do marketing and sales, but when someone states it is not in their budget you keep pushing until the person is ticked off. I went out to get into another car to look at a similar one and told Joe. You are the reason I am here and she needs to stay away from me or I am leaving. I have to then say if "SHE" was not there everyone was so nice we even got fed! Everyone had smiles on their faces and great experience minus the bad egg. I would like to say I worked with everyone, maybe talked to everyone..GO PATS More

Dan Reilly brings an old-school approach to car dealing with enthusiasm, and a sense of obligation to ensure that the customer understands the vehicle and its features. He's excellent with follow-up and quick response to questions and concerns. Dan's great at reading people--but he wants the buyer to remain objective so that they get a vehicle they will enjoy without any of the buyer's remorse that is so common in our "quick bucks" marketplace. I was greeted at the door by friendly staff awaiting my arrival and after a quick overview of the car's features I was in the drivers seat. My sales associate Dan Reilly was very knowledgable about the car and had some of the best jokes I've heard in a while. Paperwork was fast and easy and I was given a good deal on my trade-in as well as my new car, a very well equipped 2015 Chevy Cruze 1LT! Most Painless Process, Professional Experience,EVER My wife and I entered Mall Chevrolet this past Saturday. A friend of mine recommended seeing Dan Reilly. We had researched what vehicle we were lookin My wife and I entered Mall Chevrolet this past Saturday. A friend of mine recommended seeing Dan Reilly. We had researched what vehicle we were looking for, spoke to Dan a few days prior to set an appointment up, we got to the dealership Saturday, the car was washed and detailed and there was Dan, at the front door waiting for us. Dan sat with us prior to running any numbers to ensure he knew our expectations and what we we're looking to get for my wife's trade in. Dan has to be the most professional and friendly person I've ever met. We took the car for a test drive, Dan made the process fun and informative for us both. Within an hour we were drawing up paperwork, within 3 hours we were driving away in my wife's new car, a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. She loves it. I would absolutely recommend anyone to visit Mall Chevrolet, and specifically see Dan Reilly, no questions asked. Dan puts the customer first, and works for the customer, not the dealership, that's what customer service is. Valuing a customer goes a long way to establishing a rapport with people and Dan has certainly done that with us! I already know when it comes time to replace my current Cruze (2011), rest assured, Dan will be getting our business. We eventually made our way to Mike Edwards office (the final paperwork step) and he was spot on like Dan, engaged us as friends, not as a buyer. Truly a family environment with no pressure.
