DESPERATE TO SELL A CAR It was a nightmare. I only went to check things out. I explained that I only had my 2014 Hyundai for 8 months. So desperate to make a sell they gave It was a nightmare. I only went to check things out. I explained that I only had my 2014 Hyundai for 8 months. So desperate to make a sell they gave me a 2015 Malibu. I gave them a deposit . I was to come back to finish the paperwork since they were closing that Saturday. The salesman called me back Tuesday saying there is a problem but everything was ok. I asked for my car back. He said give them a few days. I got fed up after 2 weeks came back to get my car and deposit after that big waste of time and now my car that had only 7500 miles on it now had 8600 and filthy! More

Excellent outcome I had gone in looking to lease and was unable to get anywhere and wasn't pressured, but my dad then convinced me to go back and talk to "his guy" Jim I had gone in looking to lease and was unable to get anywhere and wasn't pressured, but my dad then convinced me to go back and talk to "his guy" Jim (who happened to be on his way to vacation (and he even stayed involved thru texting). Nevertheless, Dan and Dante continued to work after I. Initially left without leasing, making an over that I couldn't refuse! I literally went right back in and Dan and Dante were more than willing to complete the deal that evening, though I came back just prior to closing. Now, after our third Chevy leased from them within our family, I have to say that I hope Chevy continues to make cars I like because seems like our family has a dealership we're hooked on (provided Dan, Dante and Jim remain there). Thanks fellas, much appreciated!! More

Rude sales person Went into Mall Chevy to see if they can help me. When I walked in I was greeted by a young salesman named Joe. Not sure of his last name. I explained Went into Mall Chevy to see if they can help me. When I walked in I was greeted by a young salesman named Joe. Not sure of his last name. I explained my situation and he introduced me to his sales manager I believe his name was Mike, very nice man. I did’t have my trade with me but I aggreed to have my credit run. Went with Joe to his desk and filled out the paper work. When the report came back the sales manager and Joe came back to me. The sales manager did all the talking saying that I should come back with my vehicle and see what they can work out. I said I would go home and speak to my wife. The sales manager said ok and I look forward to seeing you again. But when I said I wanted to speak to my wife Joe got this look on his face turned quickly and walked away with out saying a word and went right to his desk. I followed him to his desk and asked him what the difference was between the Traverse and the Arcadia. He answered very qiuckly “I only deal with the Traverse!”. I did go back with my vehicle. I told ths sales manager how I was treated by Joe and how I felt. He refered me to Jim Marks. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. More
