MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND EXPERIENCE I was quoted, test drove and agreed to a lease price/terms on a car through Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill NJ. I wrote my check for the money down paym I was quoted, test drove and agreed to a lease price/terms on a car through Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill NJ. I wrote my check for the money down payment and said I would be back the next day to pick up my car. I was also that same night given the car sales detail/sticker with my new VIN number so that I could instate car insurance on the vehicle. I did so and faxed my proof of insurance the next afternoon, talked to my sales rep a bit later that day and said see you later to pick up my car. ONLY when I arrived, later that evening, to pick up my car I was told first there was some "confusion" by the completely disorganized sales person. I demanded to talk to a manager. After more disorganization and about a 15 minute wait. The manager told me in order to get the car I agreed to on the night prior I would have to pay more money for my monthly payment. There is much more to the story on how ridiculously they tried to explain away their mistake and the issue, but all you need to know is that these are the most disorganized unprofessional people. I don't recommend ever doing business with this dealership. They admitted this was their mistake and misunderstanding many times, but I still walked out without a car and baffled by their horrible process. I will work to get my payment back right away and although hate writing reviews like this it was certainly worth warning the next person. There are plenty of other Chevrolet dealers in the area who actually know what they are doing. Good luck! More

Awesome!!! Joe was awesome!! I went in there to get a lower payment and trade in my lease for a new vehicle. Joe gave me all my options and monthly payment optio Joe was awesome!!
