Leasing a new Malibu I have walked out of many a dealerships in the last year and was pleasantly surprised when I met Marc! He was calm, not hard sell at all. Don't get me wrong he was going to do his job but the manner in which he did his job was great. I knew what I needed and wanted out of the transaction and he helped me obtain it. Marc is easy to talk to explains all aspects of the deal thoroughly and has a great personality. I was very straight up and honest with him, and he was the same with me. I feel he treated me like family, and that is always an amazing thing. I told him that I wanted to test drive another car, but it was at another dealer ship and they actually sent someone out and got the car from that dealer for me to test drive. Now that is what I call customer service! I still liked the first car I test drove more, and after talking numbers it was final. After that I went and sat with Alex in finance, and he was just as friendly. Made me very comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. If I had any questions he did not hesitate to answer to the best of his knowledge. Overall this was a very easy and laid back experience and I would recommend that anyone looking for great customer service go here! I will definitely be going back again for my next car! More
