Great customer service but they let my tags expire. Went here on 3.18.16 to purchase a vehicle. My sales person was JJ, he was very nice and straightforward. Everything went smooth and they gave me the temporary registration/tag to place on the vehicle as I drove away and said you will receive the permanent ones in the mail before the temps expire. It expired yesterday 4/6/16 and I still have not received anything. I called a couple days before the temp plates expiration and got transferred to Maria, the title & registration department. She said we can't issue you an extension but "we will pay your tickets". "I called the bank and they said you're title wont be processed until 4/14/16". I was like wth. I live in NY and they are very strict on expired or no registration. Heavy fines and I am not going to risk getting pulled over or towed because of it. I will not go through the trouble or paperwork and dealing with the police of why i'm driving around with expired plates. I asked Maria, is that what you guys do? just tell customers "we'll pay your tickets?!" she was surprised and said "'ll have one of the managers call you back" Its been 2 full business days and NOONE has called me back. Now I can't even drive the vehicle I went there to buy for who knows how long. This dealership should have extended my temp plates or gave me a loaner, or even paid my first month's car payment. Now my new vehicle is sitting in the back of the driveway like its some sort of antique collecting dust instead of being driven. SMH. I'm never going back here or recommending this place. UPDATE: Today is 4/15/16 and I haven't been able to drive the $20k vehicle I purchased for 10 days now. Still waiting... More

Not satisfied I Purchase two vehicles one was a 2016 Chevy Impala the next vehicle was a 05 F 150 pickup when I picked it up it was squeaking I complained about it I Purchase two vehicles one was a 2016 Chevy Impala the next vehicle was a 05 F 150 pickup when I picked it up it was squeaking I complained about it they said they was going to take care of it but they couldn't work on it for 2 weeks and I said ok then two weeks came didn't want to look at it they want they want to fix it I was constantly complaining complaining about the vehicle shaking squeaking Eric the salesman said we going to take care of it we're going to take care of it once I brought the vehicle and once the check cleared from the bank that they received the vehicle was my problem they wanted me to pay out of pocket $1,200 cause they said it was my error really I complain about it and I did it I would never ever buy another vehicle if there are last dealership on Earth then not only that I recommended someone that said they will give me 250 another lie then he said he'll give me a hundred another lie it's just lie after lie after lie it's crazy then was funny as the salesman Eric said it was in the mail one week two weeks 3 weeks 4 weeks oh they took it because they said that they work on your car never worked on my truck have receipts to prove it they never work on my car More

Professional.....very easy to deal with! Came into Mall Chevy with the idea that I was going to purchase a used 2015 Silverado. Was lucky enough to have Dan Reilly as my salesperson! He is pl Came into Mall Chevy with the idea that I was going to purchase a used 2015 Silverado. Was lucky enough to have Dan Reilly as my salesperson! He is pleasant....upbeat and efficient. He knew every detail about not only that truck, but every truck that I looked at. I arrived at 630 pm and by the time we hammered out the details poor Dan had to help lock the place up as we were finished close to 10pm.I was not able to get the truck that I originally wanted, but thanks to Dan, I was able to lease a new truck at a price that was right for me. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I must say that Dan is one of the best I have ever dealt with.......if you need a new vehicle, Mall Chevy and Dan Reilly is the place to go!!! More
