Bob Carbone found me just the right car, with all the options I wanted, and even in a great color! He made sure to get me all the rebates to which I was entitled, and so the price was great too. The dealership even went above and beyond to help me get the most out of my new car -- for example, Bob and Tina Tomczak helped me to sync my iPhone to the car's system, and to activate the WiFi. I could not have been more satisfied -- many thanks to Bob and Tina, and everybody at Mall Chevrolet. More

NOT SURE IF THIS FINANCING DEAL WILL TURN INTO A 5 STAR I hope this review turns out to be a positive one, because I have never had this type of situation. I had a great buying experience with Will Chadwick I hope this review turns out to be a positive one, because I have never had this type of situation. I had a great buying experience with Will Chadwick. A rookie, but knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All went well, with my picking a 2016 Tahoe. Now the questionable practice comes into play. I am asked if I want the extended warranty. The price wasn't presented to me. I didn't see the cost, because I was escorted by Jim Borgmann, I believe, to a separate room to sign ALL 14 pages. I should have taken the time to read ALL of them. Upon arriving home, I read them. I found out that I was going to pay $2990.00 for an extended warranty. I decided it wasn't what I wanted. The next day I returned to Mall Chevrolet, to fix this. I was delayed/made to wait for 45 minutes. I was then told I had to sign a cancelation notice/form. by Mr Borgmann. Which I did. I never received a copy of this form. I asked to have the pink Contract Form rewritten and Mr Borgmann said that was not possible and Mr Borgmann stated "at the end of the loan, you will see the refund". I have never had this situation happen to me, and hope that I can give a positive 5 star review "at the end of my loan". I would think that in our time of Social Media, all deals are on the up and up. More
