Jim was helpful, informative and extremely knowledgeable of Honda's vehicles and those of his competition. He worked with me to obtain the car at a very fair price. Romeo handled the financial portion of the transaction. He was direct, equally knowledgeable and did not try to push me towards extras that I did not need. Overall, a GREAT experience. So much so that we may buy a second CR-V in the near future !! If you are considering a Honda, I recommend that you specifically ask for Jim when you call or come to the dealership. More
I have to say, this is the most pleasant car service experience I have had in many years. I have a Volvo and it is agonizing every time I go in - what will they 'find' this time to get my bill to $1000 experience I have had in many years. Completely on the contrary, Madison Honda (where we bought the FIT in 2007) after going to about 6 dealers in northern NJ, was delightful, honest, considerate and I felt like I wanted to return again without worry. Brad was an absolute gentleman (I was taking my daughter's car in), patient and exactly what you should replicate in a service advisor training class! He knows how to treat the customer, explains the process, and sticks to his word. I was not surprised by the cost - worked me in quickly - and even provided a loaner for a few hours (I was having a 105,000 service on 2007 Fit). I appreciated this, as I was not a member of "the club" - but he did recognize if was a very expensive service and the right thing to do! Many thanks to the dealership also was recognizing that empowerment of the service professionals makes a difference! Kudos to Madison Honda and EXTREME THANK YOU to Brad Morter! The finance people lied and this is something that I cannot tolerate. I hate unethical business practices. I asked if the program offered covered major servicing like 15K and 30K and I was told that i cannot tolerate. I hate unethical business practices. So I complained and I was told that I would get a refund check for the difference but my payment would stay the same. Then I called Honda and the check went to Honda instead of me. Now they are trying to play more games by changing the length of the lease but keeping the payment a the higher level. Completely unacceptable. More
Last week I left my lights on and the battery went dead. I had it jumped, but the radio wasn't working- said it needed some kind of code. I told her my issue and she was so helpful! She not only gave me the radio code, she set my clock for me too! I've never been treated so wonderfully by a car dealership employee! She didn't have to go out of her way for me, but she did and it made me feel I was just as important as someone who just purchased a new car! I will come back to Madison Honda for all my car servicing needs and will send my friends there too! Thank you! More
I went into Madison Honda just look at a few cars, and had no intentions of buying a car. But with the help of Kamal, I walked out with a brand new Honda Civic. I could not be happier with my purchase. Ka had no intentions of buying a car. But with the help of Kamal, I walked out with a brand new Honda Civic. I could not be happier with my purchase. Kamal was recommended to me by my uncle who had previously bought a car from him. He was very friendly and led me to finding the perfect car. My 13 year old Odyssey needed a lot of work. I asked about trading it in on a used car. The service people referred me to Kamal. I was given credit for the diagnostic work that had been done in addi about trading it in on a used car. The service people referred me to Kamal. I was given credit for the diagnostic work that had been done in addition to a $500 coupon because I happened to be there on a "sale" day. I purchased a 2010 Accord for what I believe to be a reasonable price. Kamal was very helpful. The only criticism I have is that it took almost all of an afternoon to do all the paper work. More
