I am giving this review because I feel it is necessary that the dealership understands how important certain employees are to the success of the company. I met Brad Morter when he was a service manager at that the dealership understands how important certain employees are to the success of the company. I met Brad Morter when he was a service manager at another dealership. He was and is the most trustworthy individual I have ever dealt with at any dealership that I have been involved with. I bought my third car from the dealership were Brad worked because of Brad Morter, not because of price or my sales person. I am a firm believer that you must feel comfortable with a dealership when making a purchase and Brad Morter was that comfortability factor. When I found out that Brad had moved on I was extremely upset. I was only two years into my new vehicle and the reason I bought the car was no longer there. I have kept in touch with Brad calling and texting him when I had a question or problem with my vehicle. The time that he gives me as well as the honest answer to my questions was reason enough for me to drive 40 miles for my 60,000 mile service. That is right I drove 40 miles to a dealership because of Brad Morter. Why? Because I trust him. I must also say that I had a great experience from the minute I walked into Honda of Madison.
