It was a pleasure working with James (Jim) salesperson when we purchased a new Honda CRV -2012. We had good experience as he was friendly, patient and straight forward. This past Saturday I purchased a new Honda Accord from Madison Honda. I'd spoken to my salesperson, Paul Fuchs, during the week, and planned to come in on the weekend. Paul stayed a couple of hours past his shift to finish up the sale and accommodate my schedule. Paul was an excellent salesperson. He was clearly very knowledgeable, but struck exactly the right balance between providing me with the information I needed and appreciating that I had already come to some educated conclusions before I arrived. Paul then outdid himself by answering an e-mail from me on Sunday because I had left a couple of personal items in my trade-in. He retrieved them and we were able to pick them up first thing Monday morning. More

Overall the experience was fine. It took a month to get the car when it was initially promised much sooner. I was not in a rush so it was not that big an issue. In calling other dealers, this dealers prices for accessories and service seem to be overpriced.
