My experience at the dealership was excellent. The associated were friendly and tried to accommodate all of our inquiries. We tested a couple of cars and they were okay with it. I originally spoke to Mike in the internet department and he was friendly and relaxed which I appreciated. I asked reception how much longer it would be and the general manager overheard me and immediately got someone else to help me. This salesperson was Mark. He was friendly as well and did not have the typical annoying sales way about him. We began the routine negotiation and his manager Tom was brought in as well. As much as I do not enjoy going back and forth with prices, they were never too pushy and were more accomodating than others that I had dealt with in the past (for example, Sussex Honda). Our deal was reached in less than 20 minutes. The car I specifically wanted (was not in stock) was located in just a day or two. I was very satisfied with the delivery, sales experience, and doc preparation. Mark was kind throughout. This is the 7th or 8th Honda that we have purchased (first at this dealership) and it was the smoothest experience we have had. More

Purchased a new Pilot from Madison Honda. I chose to wait for a specific color vehicle, and was told the wait would be at least 2 weeks - it wound up being less than a week!
