Javier made sure to take care of me the moment I walked through the door. I came in close to closing time so my vehicle wasn't able to begin being serviced that day, but he made sure to check the codes tha through the door. He was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made sure to keep me in the loop of everything that was occurring (findings, parts being ordered & received, estimates, and completion). Dropped my truck off with a new rattling sound. Last time I was there when I dropped it off I stressed that if they couldn’t do work that day I needed to go elsewhere as I had a trip the following day that I needed my truck for. After being assured it would be done 4 times throughout the day, they called me at 5:45 to say they couldn’t get to it. I like the sales department but have had awful experiences with the service people. More
