The dealer did not even wash my car after it was serviced and they also did not refill my windshield washer fluid when the service indicator light was on the dash. The last overnight dropoff I am not notified if any work is being done or if the car is ready. Called twice; first time I was told the Advisor would ring me back, didnt happen. Second time I called I was transferred to an Advisor - he stated he contacted me with a couple questions - yet my phone has no record of him calling (and they have my phone #). I’ve taken to having a friend or family bring me to the dealership to wait after a prolonged time window (7+ hours for a tire rotation?) - and even if I notify the staff I’m there I end being the one that discovers… after sitting in the empty lobby for 2+ hours… my car in the lot and that it’s ready. When I notified the cashier my car appeared to be done she stated she hadn’t received any paperwork- yet it was sitting on the printer. My God at least at Dobbs they yell your last name across the lobby when you’re good to go. The work on the car itself is great. The customer experience is zilch. Not sure if Im gonna stay a customer. More
