Although the service was as expected and employees were friendly…I waited for a simple tire swap and balance for 5 hours. Put me in grid lock traffic and my entire day was shot not getting home until afte friendly…I waited for a simple tire swap and balance for 5 hours. Put me in grid lock traffic and my entire day was shot not getting home until after 5pm after leaving my home at 10am. Please consider giving a car to those of us that are committed to servicing our mini with you, regardless of the fact that we just moved here so of course didn’t buy it from you. I’m a customer- you take care of my car - you are storing my winter tires…I should rate a vehicle so I’m not sitting in your center for over 5 hours. Or get the work done quicker….5 hours is a long time for a tire swap and balance. More

The service was wonderful, they picked me up and dropped me off. They spent a long time trying to diagnose a problem with the computer and they kept me posted along the way. I think your price quotes are way too high. I have a Mercedes and I think I get fairer quotes from them on things like radio repair, thermostat repair, new tires. I went in for a pretty extensive problem where I had a full diagnostics done. Car returned to me with a check engine light on. Not okay. Had to return car for ANOTHER diagnostic and repair. Should have been caught the first time. More
