There was a faulty part fitted after my recent service. The only reason to bring your car for a regular service to the original dealer is that one expects that they know the car the best. It was disappointing to experience that they not only included non necess to the original dealer is that one expects that they know the car the best. It was disappointing to experience that they not only included non necessary work as part of the service hiking up what already is a premium price that one would have gotten cheaper at any garage but that they tried to sell as much additional work that was not required at all. Instead of fixing a lose dashboard That covers electrical wires on the convertible roof I was told that I need a new one - cha Ching. After requesting to simply put the old one back on they finally did. Never again will I service my Mini at Mini of Fairfield. Lousy customer service only out to gauge their customers. More
