Definitely recommend going somewhere else, especially for how much they charge for service! More
Racist, Greedy and Dishonest This is by far the worst experience I had at any car dealership. I got a feeling the sales department is racist. I found a certified preowned BMW car at the dealership, negotiated the deal and gave a check as advance last week. During negotiation the sales person WESTON W. BROWN (6 weeks on the job) agreed to take care of the scratches and have the interiors detailed before delivering the car. He called me today informing that the car is ready for delivery. When I stopped by, I found some of the major scratches I identified earlier still on the car and requested him to take care off them. Also I found no evidence of detailing on car interiors as there was still lot of dirt. I pointed it out to him and his reaction was rude. He told me that the job is done and the manager does not want to spend any more money on it, take it or leave it. I was shocked as I came to take delivery of the car and didn't expect this. I was only asking what was agreed and nothing new. I requested him to talk to his manager. He went and returned in less than a minute and gave me the check telling no more negotiations, take your check and leave. I requested for audience with the manager and he refused to allow me to talk to the manager. In this whole process, I was talking to him very respectfully but he was treating me like crap and I was given no choice but to take the check and walkout. It all appeared to me like it was staged as he probably found another buyer willing to pay a little more and want me to walk out of the deal. These guys are full of greed, dishonest, have no ethics and treat their customers poorly. My wife and kids who were expecting me to return with the car were very disappointed with this whole fiasco. I wasted two weeks of my time with this dealership. More

Not only did MAG attempt to build in a fat profit on the new car price, they way lowballed my trade-in, as well as asking a bunch of unnecessary and intrusive questions about it (they even want you to sign a sheet with your responses), giving you the impression they think you're trying to pull a fast one. You should be able to do better almost anywhere else. More
Shady at Best Have a '10 750i, original sticker over 100k. Serviced at manufactures recommended intervals, mostly at MAG. Informed MAG at about 42k, and on several visits after that, engine using a lot of oil. About 90K I googled this car and engine and there are major known problems with it. Multiple lawsuits, complaints, service bulletins, etc. Now engine uses about 1 quart every 200 miles. It is extremely difficult to believe the service advisors didn't know about the issues from when I first mentioned them (which are documented on my RO sheets) Their solution? New engine for 30K, or repairs for 12-15K. This issue also affects the battery, which affects the electronics, which means substantial additional problems on this vehicle. Service Manager Pat Biles of no help, offers a joke of $1000. off on my next new car purchase. Refused to give me contact information for the General Manager of MAG, or Regional BMW OE representative. At that time, I had 3 BMW's (2 now), and a remaining LCV (lifetime customer value) of around half a million. Terrible non resolution to this major issue, and not very wise business decisions, either. More

Have had to call not one or two times to resolve my problem- but 5 times. And my issue is still not handled, despite several promises by service and parts departments (John Cox and Jeff Burdulis). And after 2 months of questioning, parts dept manager (Patrick Biles) promised to deliver the part to my home, but did not show. Worst service ever, MAG BMW. Had so many chances to make it right. So disappointed. 5/26/17 update: part was delivered to my home and installed by parts manager. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Will update my 1 star rating to a 3. More
LIP SERVICE I had my car in for service. I would never use them again based on the BS from the service representative. I have dealt with many BMW dealers and they I had my car in for service. Great dealer, great service I have had my Audi A7 for a couple of years now. When I first bought it there were a few issues. MAG went above and beyond to make sure the problem I have had my Audi A7 for a couple of years now. When I first bought it there were a few issues. MAG went above and beyond to make sure the problem was taken care of and gave me a loaner car while the issues were being addressed. When it is time for my routine maintanence I get great service. Will definitely be back for my next car here! More
