He was very informative about the features on my car and was a good teacher. Especially Harris Ford I feel like they hire any clown off the street to sell a car. They thought with just being 21 yrs old that I was just a tire kicker and I was wasting time thinking they could not make a deal with me. It got to a point where I was stressed and didn’t really know where to go buy my car because many dealerships had the car I wanted in the price range I want but what they all had in common was they lacked in customer service. I have been in the sales industry for 4 years and the biggest impact you can make on any customer is customer service and treat them with respect. While still searching for a vehicle I stumbled on an Acura TL that Lynnwood Honda had for sale. After contacting a sales representative who in no way was pushy set up a test drive for me. When I came into the dealership I was warmly greeted by Bob Labor. After introducing himself and asking me a few right fitting questions we went out and test drove the vehicle. I loved it. But what I loved even more was the quality service I was provided Bob Labor. After the test drive Bob did inform me that he had to leave because of a personal reason and upon that I was handed off to Kat Byrd. While working with her I felt like she completely ignored the fact that I was young and looking to buy a somewhat expensive car. Working with Kat got to a point where I didn’t even think I was at a dealership anymore because we were both sharing stories and having a good time while the desk manager Tom Dunning was working on getting me the best deal possible. About 15 min later Tom came out with great news and a price I loved even more he made sure I completely understood the deal and what hoops he had to jump through to get me financed. Again I went back and talked to Kat for a little while, while Tom worked on getting me financed. When I did get financed I went back and worked with Randy who already had all my paperwork set up and ready to be signed. He was very informative and made sure I understood what I signed before I signed. In finance I also worked with Katie who was also great and again made me feel like a valued customer at Lynnwood Honda. After all paperwork was done and I came out the office I was again warmly greeted by Kat and Tom who walked me out to my new car that was freshly detailed. All in all it was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I do plan in the future when I am ready for a new car again to swing by and see what they have before I go anywhere else. Again thanks to the Lynnwood Honda Team you guys did great! More
I went in to Lynnwood Honda looking to purchase my first car. I set up an appointment at the dealer. He is that dedicated to providing quality customer service. We went on a test drive and he explained all the features of the car to us. When I purchased the car, Mark helped make the whole process easy to understand. He goes out of his way to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. After the purchase, he even made it a priority that same day to help me understand how to operate the technology in my car and he also helped set up my phone and contacts to the car. Mark even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure that everything was running smoothly with my new car. Overall, outstanding customer service and attention to details. Mark is a great person to ask for if you want expert advice on your car purchase! More

I bought a Honda Fit from Mark Baker three years ago. My situation was difficult because my minivan had caught fire and was a total loss, and I was away from home visiting my daughter's family on Whidbey Is situation was difficult because my minivan had caught fire and was a total loss, and I was away from home visiting my daughter's family on Whidbey Island during my son-in-law's military deployment. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. Lots of other dealers gave me high pressure sales tactics and seemed shady, but Mark was very personable, informed, caring, organized and a great overall communicator. One year after I bought the car I was in a situation in which it wouldn't start (battery was run down from children turning on lights) and Mark talked me through jumping the battery, by phone. Three years later, he still remembers my daughter's name! I love, love, love this car, and I hope I don't need to buy a new car for a long time, but if I did I'd be looking up Mark Baker again. The dealership is great too - I was in once for minor service, and they welcomed my large German Shepherd in their carpeted waiting area, and lavished attention on him. Love that! More
The purchase of a new Accord was the easiest major expenditure that I have ever made. I have two close neighbors that have purchased 3 Hondas in the last decade from Lynnwood Honda. I dropped by last August to see when the new 2013 models would arrive and met Bob Labor. He took my name and phone number and contacted me when they arrived and I could test drive a unit. I was pleased with the test but wanted to wait until Consumer Reports had rated the new model. I shared with Bob that I might make a purchase before the end of the year if the price was very attractive and CR rating was complete. He followed up before the holidays, we discussed the cost and I decided to wait until the new year in order not to need any finance. Bob again followed up in January and gave me new pricing information. From the information from CR, I think the price was a win-win for both buyer and seller. The paperwork was taken care of with efficiency and no pressure to add accessories to the package. Bob then assisted me (taught me) how to program the various options for audio, lighting, phone, etc. My overall assessment is that this organization is extremely customer centric,i.e., straightforward and focussed on customer satisfaction. I don't hesitate to recommend Bob Labor as a salesperson. More
