The dealership went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle,they treated me as a person not just some buyer. I went knowing my credit was not so great due to my recent divorce but they worked extra har vehicle,they treated me as a person not just some buyer. I would recommend Lynnwood Honda to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. My purpose for going to Lynnwood Honda the first time was to purchase a dependable used car for my 17 year old son. I had seen a used Honda Civic online, and wanted to go check it out with my son. My salesperson, Mark Baker was friendly and knowledgeable, and we took the car out for a test drive. Mark gave us information on the engine tests performed on the car, and the previous owner and answered all of our questions. I was very confident that I was getting a good car for my son to drive and was very happy with the excellent service that Mr. Baker provided to us. Through the years I have purchased two more used Hondas for my children, and referred several friends who did the same thing. Most recently I referred my parents who purchased a new Honda Pilot from Mark Baker. They are now looking at upgrading their Honda Odyssey to a newer model as well. Everyone I have referred to Lynnwood Honda has had excellent service from Mark, mentioning that they were treated very well and with respect. They also were very impressed with the knowledge base and integrity of the sales team at Lynnwood Honda and Mr. Baker in particular. Most customers appreciate the lack of high pressure sales at Lynnwood Honda, something that I find particularly offensive at other dealerships. I will continue to recommend Lynnwood Honda and salesperson Mark Baker to all my friends, acquaintances and colleagues with total confidence. More
I went to Lynnwood Honda with my wife and 2 young children (4 and 2) to look at the new 2011 Honda Odyssey. My wife is pregnant (due in Feb) and we also do foster parenting, so a mini van was becomi children (4 and 2) to look at the new 2011 Honda Odyssey. My wife is pregnant (due in Feb) and we also do foster parenting, so a mini van was becoming necessary in our lives. After being wowed by the 2011, we looked at a few used Odyssey's and found a perfect, low milage 2008 certified pre-owed Odyssey in our price rance. Our kids love playing with the auto door and were so exited that is was going to be our new car. Of cource the worse part about bying a car is waiting for the paperwork. But at lynnwood Honda they have a great customer waiting area with kid's toys and games, free coffee, hot chocolate, juice and bottled water. We even bought take out lunch and ate it at the dealership while we waited. Our salesman, Lawrence, hung out with our children and entertained them while my wife and I sign papers. This dealership is truely family friendly. I have been so proud to show off our new car to our friends. More

I appreciated the lack of a hard sell, and the willingness to work with me on price. Lawrence was thorough in answering all my questions about the vehicle. I did not plan on financing through the dealership, but they were able to get me an even better deal than my credit union. All-in-all a great experience and a great value on the Pilot. Being very loyal to outstanding sales people, I would like to personally acknowledge Mr. Greco. It really impresses me when a sales person out-right tells me that they can not sell me something because in the long run it will not fit my needs. I have only had a few sales people in the past who have every done that. It is a unique quality that I immensely admire and respect. It saddens me that I have to leave Edmonds for a job out-of-state. Finding another dedicated sales person and Honda dealership will be quite a challenge. I will be in this Thursday for my final oil change and having my car prepared for my 3,000 mile journey For this, I wish to personally acknowledge Mike, Gabe, and everyone at Lynnwood Honda for being an outstanding Honda dealership. I had the same experience at Lynnwood Honda. It was terrible. The dealer had driven my car for 2000 miles, so I was promised that it would be detailed and cleaned and it did not happen at all. My review in a nutshell: Lynnwood Honda is unethical and gives horrendous customer service. Do not give them your business!!!!! I had the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my gives horrendous customer service. Do not give them your business!!!!! I had the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life at Lynnwood Honda. I found the car I wanted and drove it, it had not been detailed and the windshield wipers were bad. I was promised it would be cleaned, detailed and a safety check would be done so I left for three hours and came back to a disgustingly filthy dirty car, both inside and out and when I went to clean it myself I realized the car had no rear brake lights!! Also, the intake was not bolted down, the front license plate was not put on and one of the reverse lights was not plugged in. When I called the next business day the Assistant Service Manager, Pete, offered no apology. A few minutes later the Sales Manager, Keith called and was unbelievably rude to me, admitted the car had not been detailed or a safety check done and told me to bring it in so they could do it (also never said he was sorry). I brought the car in that night and when I attempted to show the sales guy what I wanted fixed he told me that he was going to have me tell the guys in service and then never took me back there or gave me an opportunity to show them the many, many problems with the car. He did give me free sonics tickets for that night which was nice. When I went to pick up the car the next night I immediately noticed hundreds of small cracks in the paint on the hood, which were not there when I bought the car. When I pointed them out to the sales guy he got very defensive and said they were already there. The windshield wiper had also not been fixed and the front plate was nowhere to be found. I left the car there to be finished. That night I called the General Manager, Mike Popkey, and left a voice mail. The next morning I called again and spoke with him. What an awful experience!! After explaining just some of my experience up to that point he yelled at me to listen to him and told me that he didn't even want to help me since I had told him I would never recommend Lynnwood Honda to any one I know. He argued with me about the cracks and did not apologize at all for any of the enormous hassle I had been through. For the manager of a business that is based on customer service he sure treats customers disrespectfully. All in all, this was the worst experience I have ever had buying anything. I feel taken advantage of and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More
