I was interested in purchasing a used Honda Civic to improve my gas mileage. It started with an email to Keith (Hager) about a Civic I saw online and then the next day we exchanged a couple of phone calls. I gave Keith my requirements and never once made me feel pressured even though I knew I was asking for a lot. Keith worked with John to make the deal come together, both were super friendly and timely. I arrived at the dealership and within the hour I was all signed and driving out in my new Civic. Out the door for less than what I owed on the Element, lower monthly payment and better gas mileage ... I would say it was a win! More

He found another, newer Fit on the lot and offered to sell that car to me at the same price. Unfortunately it turned out that another couple was already negotiating with one of the other dealers on the lot for that car. Mark spoke to the new car manager about the situation and, in the end, I drove away in a brand new Fit at a used car price. He and the rest of the staff at Lynnwood Honda were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process; Mark even took the time to recommend some great local eateries and attractions. More

All three gave us separate sessions on various days to absorb the information, test drive whatever we needed and supply complete answers to any question. This group is friendly and hassle-free. All handoffs were handled well and they made time for us whenever we needed it. EJ was very flexible when I arrived a day early to do follow-up research, making it fun and entertaining to drive the Honda CRV. When we decided to buy a CRV, EJ made it easy to handle all the paperwork, bring our trade-in and offer to the sales team and get it all ready ahead of time.
