Brookdale Honda continuously try’s to sell service on our vehicles that is not necessary. We changed our Air filters prior to our maintenance visit and yet they told us they were dirty and needed changing. W vehicles that is not necessary. They changed out the serpentine belt pre-maturely. We showed the belt to the representative and he couldn’t give a good answer why it was changed. They charged us for tire rotation; rotation was free when buying tires from Honda. We have experienced multiple problems prior to this in last few visits. More
I received a very prompt response to an email query about buying a car. Joe Haertzen was very helpful and easy to work with, as was Adam who helped with the sale paperwork. My only issue was really about the lack of options for holding the car until I could find transportation to get down there. I live in northern MN so it was awkward to arrange within the limited time frame your company wanted. I offered several options for payment to hold the car but apparently there isn't a policy that would have been helpful for me. However, you have friendly and helpful staff. More
