We had an issue with our vehicle and it took 48 hours and multiple phone calls, emails, online chats and finally an ultimatum to return the vehicle before we got a response back. Took the list of things the dealership said needed to be fixed to an independent mechanic. He looked over our Honda as well as the list and was shocked with all the items. Not to mention the pricing. It would have been a very large sum of money to pay for the entire list that we were told “needed” to be done. When in reality there are things that don’t need to be done at all and some things that can wait while we fix the most important items. Glad I took the time to search out an independent second opinion as it saved me some money in the end. More
