The finance person Billy Platt treated me and my wife in a most condescending and arrogant manner. He consistently gave half-answers to our questions and tried to make us feel stupid. My wife couldn't take it any more and actually walked out of his office in disgust. On a question about having a loan co-signer his only response was "You don't want to go there." On why his estimate of interest rate was so high, "What did you THINK it was going to be?" He also didn't disclose that he had added an extended warranty for $1700 dollars into the loan amount until we questioned why the monthly payment was going to be so high. Billy made us wait over an hour to remove it from the deal while he chose to help another customer, then unbelievably compared the extended car warranty to medical insurance asking if we would consider going without that. Throughout the process, he mentioned things like "You don't understand how much of a burden this is on me," and "I'm doing you a favor." This treatment turned an OK car-buying experience into a nightmare. More

Ethan has a sincere attitude towards people which makes him easy to work with. He respected my time and worked diligently to see that I got the payment and price I was comfortable with. I would not hesitate to refer my friends or family to Ethan and Lugoff Ford and would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new Ford to call him first! We unexpectedly went in to get a car fixed and quickly realized it was time to trade it in. Nik and team were very patient with us as we looked at several options from leasing a car and a truck to buying realized it was time to trade it in. Nik and team were very patient with us as we looked at several options from leasing a car and a truck to buying a new vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase one vehicle over another. We changed our minds on the color and discussed even changing the model a couple of times. They worked with on price and financing options. I ended up buying my first new car with them and look forward to dealing with them again in the future. I also have to say that the service guy was also great. He waited all afternoon while we decided if we were going to trade the car in or get it fixed. His team had it on the rack ready to fix the maintenance issue we went in for. Thank you to every one there for helping make a stressful day a very pleasant experience for me and my family. More

Lugoff and Jason Jacobs made the new car buying experience more enjoyable than I would have expected. While I had to meet with multiple layers of management to go through the process, each explain experience more enjoyable than I would have expected. They stayed long after hours to finish the deal. Then, on their own personal time, Jason and another employee followed me to my home (40 miles one way) to deliver my new car into my driveway.
