I am a relatively new customer to Lugoff Ford, as most of my repairs and maintenance has been performed by private shops. I have always been under the impression that dealerships were much higher priced, but my repairs and maintenance has been performed by private shops. I have always been under the impression that dealerships were much higher priced, but I am convinced now that the quality of service and comparable pricing will bring me back to Lugoff Ford. Titus pointed out that I had 2 tires on my car that were in bad shape, and Greg went out of his way to match those tires exactly with the other two tires that I had recently replaced at a private shop. I was well pleased with the price and convenience since I was preparing to take a long trip. Kudos to the service staff at Lugoff Ford. I will definitely return for future services. More
