My experience with Luggoff Ford has been very good for me as far as my service needs being met. Me bringing in my F250 for service when need the time I waited in lobby was usally reasonable. The only reason that the overall experience was not rated as "great" was something that I realize was not completely their fault. Working with Richard and Billy Platt I was able to insure that the Maintenance and Warranty work would be handled in a timely fashion. I am Very Happy with this transaction and the subsequent maintenance visits and will continue to recommend Lugoff Ford. In short, Lugoff Ford provides Customer Focused, Personal Attention that I have seen to be absent at a number of 'Mega Dealers" in the Atlanta Area. More

Otherwise, we were satisfied with our experience. More

I came to Lugoff Ford looking for a truck I found advertised in the Auto Trader. When I arrived, the truck I wanted had been sold.
