We didn't get that uncomfortable sales pressure that comes with other multi-location dealerships. 1) From the beginning we were able to test drive the vehicle without having a "minder" lurking and watching from the backseat. That gave us time to talk and discuss features, to pull over and look at the vehicle, and event verify it fit into our tight garage. 2) Our rep, Nathan, and the team helped narrow down the available options and didn't pressure us to take something off their lot. They looked throughout the region and found exactly what we were looking for. 3) Even though we didn't decide right away on the model or brand, we didn't get a bunch of daily pressure or "when will I see you again" phone calls. Nathan let us operate on our timeline and he offered a few updates along the way as he found available inventory, but he never pressured us. In the end, we purchased a Chevy Colorado that we are incredibly happy with. Nathan walked us through all the features and setup and the entire experience was pleasant and painless, to include finding the price that worked for us. (Again, I will comment that this was not our experience with other dealerships.) I highly recommend the Holiday team to anyone who wants to find a dealership that wants to earn your business for life. More

Inspection time again !!! Like most Americans, I'm sure I'm not the only one that dislike having their annual car inspection time. But this time I thought I had everything t Like most Americans, I'm sure I'm not the only one that dislike having their annual car inspection time. But this time I thought I had everything taken care of, but to my dismay, I found out that I need brakes all around and front wiper blades. Now the wiper blades I could handle, but I definitely was not expecting the brake news shock!!!! I'm hoping I don't need the same thing next year and after having to wait my whole day in order to get my vehicle back, I can't afford it. But in overall, the customer service was fantastic and I would still recommend them to anyone. More
