Inspection time again !!! Like most Americans, I'm sure I'm not the only one that dislike having their annual car inspection time. But this time I thought I had everything t Like most Americans, I'm sure I'm not the only one that dislike having their annual car inspection time. But this time I thought I had everything taken care of, but to my dismay, I found out that I need brakes all around and front wiper blades. Now the wiper blades I could handle, but I definitely was not expecting the brake news shock!!!! I'm hoping I don't need the same thing next year and after having to wait my whole day in order to get my vehicle back, I can't afford it. But in overall, the customer service was fantastic and I would still recommend them to anyone. More

The human interface device on my 2013 SRX infotainment system (Radiohead) I can’t say enough great things about the staff at Holiday Chevy/Cadillac! The human interface device on my 2013 SRX infotainment system (Radiohead) went nuts while I was driving home Wednesday afternoon, a call to onstar infotainment techs, they made a call to the dealership. Holiday Chevy/Cadillac ordered the part Thursday morning, set the up the appointment for Saturday. When I came in this morning, I was greeted warmly; I was in and out in just over an hour and a half! I felt like I was well taken care of, they even had left a cold bottle of waterfor me in my car! It’s very refreshing to have such awesome service! Thank you again! More
