The human interface device on my 2013 SRX infotainment system (Radiohead) went nuts while I was driving home Wednesday afternoon, a call to onstar infotainment techs, they made a call to the dealership. Holiday Chevy/Cadillac ordered the part Thursday morning, set the up the appointment for Saturday. When I came in this morning, I was greeted warmly; I was in and out in just over an hour and a half! I felt like I was well taken care of, they even had left a cold bottle of waterfor me in my car! It’s very refreshing to have such awesome service! Thank you again! More
