This is the worst dealership service department I have ever had to deal with. I dropped my truck off with two minor issues and I finally got my truck back over three weeks later. The service department ne ever had to deal with. I dropped my truck off with two minor issues and I finally got my truck back over three weeks later. The service department never answered the phone when calling for a status update and didn't return calls. Also contacted Mopar about the issues and they didn't call me back for over 5 days and having a case with Mopar didn't help any. I won't ever use this dealership again. More

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had buying a car and I've bought several. I drove over 5 hours to get the car I wanted. Notice here that I did not have a problem with the car. Promises were made but never delivered and I had a cpl questions. I tried for over a year to resolve this and finally gave up. I know, I should have gotten these in writing. 1. Salesman would not return my calls. Promised 2nd key, etc.. and to answer my questions. 2. Couldn't get the docs to register my car. Had to call one of the owners after two months. Then he stopped taking/returning my calls or texts. "Let me check and I'll get back to you" 3. At least 3 sales managers (I lost count) would not return my calls. Seems like a pattern. "Let me check and I'll get back to you" 4. Even though I already had a loan and paid them in cash, they hard pulled a credit report . That really affected my score since I just had one pulled few days before for my loan. Check some of the other reviews. Any negative review either has no response or a canned reply. The Vehicle, I went to test drive, i didn't even bother test driving it, as in the post listed, It was 4 yrs older then the post stated and around 24,000 miles higher then what was listed, not to mention t test driving it, as in the post listed, It was 4 yrs older then the post stated and around 24,000 miles higher then what was listed, not to mention there was no pictures of the inside of it, No wonder why, the seat on the drivers side was cracked up real bad, also didn't mention in the listing one of the back windows i guess didn't close all the way, as there was a foam strip hanging out the top of the window, and the car was so dirty!!....it was not worth the price they were asking...wasted almost 2 hrs of my time, not mention blowing my cellphone up with calls and emails about this vehicle, and i had already been there and looked at the car!! had they discounted it big time, i would have paid to have it cleaned and repaired myself.... More
If you need a vehicle I highly recommend Dave Evans!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I took my car for an oil change, after waiting over 2 and 1/2 hours even with an appointment, they left scratches and dirt/grease on the front of my car (not bad, but still scratched), and they left garbage 1/2 hours even with an appointment, they left scratches and dirt/grease on the front of my car (not bad, but still scratched), and they left garbage in the front seat. I took my car back to them as soon as I saw what they did, they cleaned up the dirt/grease and rubbed the scratches out, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. They should put something on the car before bending over it to work on it. We went back the next day and tried to speak to the service manager, but we were told that he wasn't there and they didn't know when he would be. I just don't think they put very much pride in their work if they treat customer's automobiles like this. More

Purchased my new ram 1500 which I am proud to own. Service after the sale was poor, managers do not return calls and are rude in general. Dealer add-ons are a rip off and just another way to scam you out of your money. It started out with the salesman telling me that there may be an addendum associated with the Vin Number that could at up to $4900 over the Sticker price. Seriously, this should have been the only indication I needed that to get in my truck and leave. $399 Window tint(just the 2 front windows) $399 Nitrogen in the tires 😂😂😂😂 $699 Dent protection (they straight lied and said any dealership would cover a dent if we got one) Doc Fees? I forgot the price of the doc fees but by this time it was already apparent the games that were being played. I also asked about financing through Chrysler since they have a good rate and I have an 810 credit score. But I was told they didn’t offer it. 😂😂😂😂. Seriously! They had a lot of new and used vehicles on the lot, and now it makes sense. Had they not been playing games, they’d be selling more like all the other dealers we have visited. Also to the Manager. If you can get $15k over sticker in Florida(Seriously this is what he said to us), I suggest your haul them to Florida. But again, this was another lie. Because I was working with dealer in Florida through my Company purchase program and they offer the same Jeep at less than sticker. You should be ashamed! I would say “Thanks for wasting my time and fuel” but I took my whole family. So it was a good evening spent with them after all. And my kids got to see first hand how scam artist operate.
