I have purchased plenty of vehicles over the years and wanted to say that DEE was the best sales person I've ever spoken to. I would recommend, any one walking into Sam Swope to first ask for DEE. Lawrece and Dean were just great they both worked with us extremley well. They got us in the car we wanted at the price we wanted. The entire expirence was great. Ed was told how we needed to replace a car that had broken down and he could not have been more patient with us. He explained the many options that we had and he found needed to replace a car that had broken down and he could not have been more patient with us. He explained the many options that we had and he found us a great car at such a good price that we bought a new car rather than an excellent used car that we had researched. He never made us feel rushed and was very kind offering us time to drive the car for an extended time and made the negiotiation pleasant without alot of haggling. The car was ready as promised and was in perfect condition with a full tank of gas. More
I am very dissatisfied with the service department. I feel as if they are trying to take me for all I have every time I come in there. I would go somewhere else, but we have an extended warranty so we ca feel as if they are trying to take me for all I have every time I come in there. I would go somewhere else, but we have an extended warranty so we cannot go to anywhere besides a Chrysler dealership and your by far the closest. Those reason do not matter anymore. We will no longer be dealing with your service department anymore. We had our van in their back in September for our AC. "All" that they could find wrong was that the coolant was low, so it was refilled and we were charged for that. Seemed odd at the time, but oh well we went with it. Then it came time to run the ac again after the winter it was broken again so we took it in and there was something in the back of the van that was broken in the ac that wasn’t checked the first time. If that would have been checked the first time, the problem would have been fixed and it would have been covered under our extended warranty. Now we take it in this week for a squeaking issue when turning right, shaking under the car when it gets to about 50-60 mph and also the abs light was on. All of those issues mentioned, and there was only a bad abs sensor (costing over $400.00 to fix when the sensor can be purchased at a parts store for $40, since we checked on this). I feel as if they are trying to get out as much money from us without using our warranty and I am completely fed up with it. I drive my babies in this car and I do not feel safe. I am trading in my vehicle and going to a competitor company who treats me with respect and cares about my safety in the vehicle that I drive. More
