Will never come back to this dealership again for service, nor (based on this experience) could ever in good conscious recommend this dealer for a purchase to anyone. Took my vehicle in for a simple service, nor (based on this experience) could ever in good conscious recommend this dealer for a purchase to anyone. Took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and to check an alignment with an appointment time made weeks in advance. I waited over 2.5 hours for this to be done, my car was taken back somewhere nearly as soon as the service advisor got the necessary information, yet somehow still gook over 2.5 hours to complete. Other people waiting in the lobby shared similar experiences and frustration on the service departments lack of communication and the fact that they are charging exorbitant amounts of money for parts they say they have in stock just to be told hours later that they can't locate the part now. Steer clear of this shop for service unless you like throwing money out, being lied to, and waiting far too long for some of the simplest service requests. Also, while driving home the car still pulled to the same side it did before I took it in. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. More

I called three Dodge dealerships with the story on my van, the specific engine codes that were thrown, and asked what they charged to go through it and tell me what was wrong. This Dodge dealer told me $199.95 plus tax. They did not tell me that was their HOURLY rate. I left my van with them thinking that they were going to put good faith effort into finding out what was wrong. The service manager called me and told me there was nothing apparent wrong with the car and they were requesting two additional hours at $199.95/hour to check the wiring harness. So… $600 (plus tax) and no guarantee that they can even then tell me what is wrong and why my check engine light is on and the van is driving in limp mode. If I had known $200 was their HOURLY rate for diagnostics, I would have pursued other options from the beginning. I had to have a hot water heater repaired this week, and even a plumber was only $100/hour. For ACTUAL repairs. Not guesswork. I suspect just paying them to diagnose the problem could have run me thousands of dollars. When I called to settle up the $200 so I could get my van back, the bill was $238. I asked why and was told there was $30 in “shop supplies”. I asked what shop supplies were used and was told that shop supplies could be anything from fluid to rags used around the shop. I pressed the gentlemen for more information on what shop supplies in particular were used on MY vehicle since they did not DO any repairs. He said he would have to research it and call me back. He never did. I called later in the day with the same question and no one called me back. I ended up paying the bill and getting out of there before they found other things to charge me for. I’m writing this review because this dealership sent me a text asking me to leave them a quick review. Five stars were preselected for me. I want anyone wondering whether you should visit this location for service to know that they were absolutely not forthcoming with me about their process or their pricing. The lady in the service area was not nice about it either when my husband called for clarification. She told him I was definitely told it was $199.95/hour. Please. Save your money and find someone who is honest to look at your vehicle. Honestly was definitely not what I found here. Money is harder and harder to come by these days. When I do have to spend it, I need it to go as far as it can. This was literally $238 in the trash. $238 that could have covered my grocery bill for my 4 kids this week. Or a number of other things the week before Christmas. I digress. More
I was told by Louisville Chrysler that the radio in my 2017 Pacifica had a short in the wiring and that it was causing my rear camera not to work. I purchased a radio and requested they install it to fix the issue. They installed it in 45 mins. My appointment was at 12 noon and they called me to pick it up at 1:00pm. They then proceeded to try and charge me $700 for less than an hour of labor. But here is the kicker! The radio wasn't even the issue apparently. The rear camera was the issue, not the radio. Now they want to charge me to take out the new radio so I can return it and charge me to re-install the old radio. But this time it is only $200 for the exact same job. So they are trying to charge me $700 for the install the first time and $200 the second time. They also want me to order a camera from them and let them install it. Needless to say, that will never happen and I will never purchase another Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram due to this service center being run by crooks. Labor hours should be standard and misdiagnosing issues in order to charge for parts and labor not needed is CRIMINAL. The dealership on Dixie refuses to make this right and have been rude to top it off. I am already in contact with Chrysler Corporate and will continue to escalate this issue until this dealership is reprimanded for their CROOKED way of doing business. I recommend you steer clear of Chrysler dealerships in the Louisville area unless you want to be SCAMMED like I have been. One star is a star too many. No stars would fit the bill better. More

We traveled over 3 hours to look at a vehicle. We called multiple times and asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. They said it was in great shape. The van now had a crankshaft problem that warranty would cover, but they could deliver the van to us afterwards. This business does not seem to be honest and aboveboard. I would look elsewhere. More
