Checking car in will take some time because lines are long. My car kept having brake issues and it’s the third time having to bring back. The service rep there is always different so the service level is long. My car kept having brake issues and it’s the third time having to bring back. The last service rep didn’t provide update like previous service so after waiting for more than a week decided to call in dealership. Was told someone will get back to me but no one did. Next day the service rep called and said the car was ready and need me to test drive on site to make sure brake is fine. Went to pick up but no test drive or any information. The car windshield was dirty with spots and service technician left trash in the trunk which was upsetting. Don’t think will do my next purchase here. More
