Longo Lexus treats every customer with respect and fairness from the moment you drive in until the moment you drive your new car off the lot and even on all my return visits I have found the service to be absolutely superb. Both my girlfriend and I have bought our cars from Longo and have been extremely happy with the service and sales process. It may have something to do with our sales person but I have yet to deal with anyon and have been extremely happy with the service and sales process. Got that kinda slimey dealer feeling when I bought my car. I think I could have gotten a better deal had I gone somewhere else. Loved the car- it was worth it - but I think I could have done better.
