Having driven my NX450 down from Norcal I was in a bit of a panic after hitting a pothole which cut a tire. I brought the car to Longo without an appointment early in the morning on New Year’s Eve and Robin assured me they would get it taken care of and they did. They also handled a recent recall issue and updated the service records. All of this for a couple with no affiliation with the dealership. Robin- you rock!
