They didn’t fix my tire squeaking issues. This was the 3rd time I took my car there. At 1st the service advisor was going to charge me for inspection, even though I told him this was the 3rd This was the 3rd time I took my car there. At 1st the service advisor was going to charge me for inspection, even though I told him this was the 3rd time I came to service the same problem. Eventually, cuz I told him it was the 3rd time I came for the same problem, he asked management to waive the fee. They just said there is an investigation going on for 2023 and 2024 cars. I just needed to deal with the noise and wait to see when Lexus can fix the issue. Basically, until there is a recall. If they knew there was an investigation, why were they going to charge me to inspect the problem in the beginning. There was nothing they can do for me they said. Even if they changed my brakes, it would continue to squeak they said. They said my brakes is a 8 out of 10 , with 10 being new breaks. They also said just come back if the breaks sounds really bad and they will change them then. More
