Service is always great however my recent experience with Longo made me feel misled when I had purchased the tire insurance for my vehicle. I was originally told by the salesperson that my tires would be tak Longo made me feel misled when I had purchased the tire insurance for my vehicle. I was originally told by the salesperson that my tires would be taken care of for whatever reason they needed to be replaced. I went in for a service appointment and was told that the insurance is not valid because of the thread depth of the tires were below the insurance requirement and therefore voided the insurance. The salesperson never mentioned this but it was listed on the agreement. I paid for an insurance that I can’t even use and now have to pay for new tires. Sneaky tactics. More
