Excellent Dealership! On March 7,2024 my car was not going at its regular pace, I would stop at a light & then it would be hard for it to go. I called David Parada my FORE On March 7,2024 my car was not going at its regular pace, I would stop at a light & then it would be hard for it to go. I called David Parada my FOREVER Service Adviser, he immediately gave me the # to call so that my car can be picked up by a towing company & delivered to Longo Lexus. Unfortunately my car needed a new transmission. From that point on David set me up to pick up a Loaner vehicle and kept me updated on my car progress. Needless to say the part took longer than expected but eventually everything was taken care of. When I picked up my car it was Clean way beyond my Expectation. Longo and Beau Ly were both very concerned about trying to find the cause of the extended cranking we are experiencing when trying to start our GX460. It is an intermittent problem which probably makes it to find the cause of the extended cranking we are experiencing when trying to start our GX460.
