I would recommend Niva Salazar to everyone. I have been to him twice, and the superior service has been consistent. I have recommended him to my family members and friends and they have nothing but positi to him twice, and the superior service has been consistent. I have recommended him to my family members and friends and they have nothing but positive things to say. The customer service is better than any service member I have ever dealt with. He helped me try to fix my problem and educated me on what he would be doing. The quality of work was perfect. My car looks brand new and I was very happy with the quality. He was so friendly and willing to help make my overall experience flow easily and exceptionally as possible. My car had a warranty issue and Niva continuously called me and updated me with the status and I am appreciative of that. I would definitely come back to Longo Lexus and work with Niva again. More
The reason I feel it necessary to write this review, which I rarely do, is to let it be known about a wonderful experience I recently had at Longo Lexus. My fiance and I recently bought a certified pre which I rarely do, is to let it be known about a wonderful experience I recently had at Longo Lexus. My fiance and I recently bought a certified pre owned vehicle at this location. George K. was our sales man, and Ben Hodor was the duty sales manager. I advised George that we liked the car, had a price that was not going to be increased, and did not want to spend time going back and forth haggling over dollars and cents. Mind you, we were being fair to both ourselves, as well as, the dealership. George made one trip to Mr. Hodor, and that was all it took. During my test drive with George, I noticed the vehicle, we eventually purchased, had a slight pull to the right. I mentioned this to George, but neither of us made an issue of it. After about a month now, I have spent a few thousand dollars on upgrades, including the wheels and tires, which brings me to another plus I have for Longo Lexus. I have been the primary driver of this vehicle for the last several weeks, and have certainly noticed the car since day one has a wheel alignment issue. Today I called the service department and spoke with Glen Simpson. I advised him of this issue, and the fact that it has been present since the test drive. I thought to myself, he is not going to believe this, especially since I put new wheels and tires on the car, but I know its true, and I hope George K. our salesman remembers me stating this during the test drive. To my pleasant surprise, Glen made it perfectly clear that there was no need to get a confirmation from George, and that he would take care of the alignment, as well as, his desire to meet me when I arrived to make sure the vehicle was completed on time as promised. This is what I call going over and beyond the norm to please a customer. In this day and age where sales are few, and money is tight, it makes a big difference to someone like myself to receive such good customer service. I hope all these gentlemen receive the praise they deserve. It is often that employees are made aware of their short comings, and I think its just as important, if not more important that employees are complimented and rewarded for their great efforts. I don't think we will be moving from a Lexus to BMW, or Mercedes. The service Longo Lexus provided was excellent. Thank you More
I recently leased an rx350 from Longo Lexus and the experience couldn't have been better. Walking onto a dealership is a mixed bag. I've been shopping for a car for quiet a while. During this whole process of looking for a car, I've been to dealerships where the salesmen have been extremely aggressive from beginning to end...while others have been dismissive and outright rude based on their perception of me. I also went to one BMW dealership where I went into the showroom and couldn't find a salesman to help...granted I came after work around the time they were closing. Longo Lexus was completely different. The moment my friend and I walked into the lobby, we were immediately greeted by a sales assistant. I believe his name was Vince or Vin. He walked us around the features of the rx350 in the showroom and took us on a test drive. Once we got back, we were introduced to Frank Boendi and the experience couldn't have been any better. He's a really nice man and reminded me of my favorite uncle. Uncle Frank was extremely courteous, attentive and patiently went over all of our concerns and questions. No question was too dumb, no concern was too trivial. He knew every aspect of the buying process and made me feel completely at ease. The is a first class gentleman and a first class dealership. If you're looking for a Lexus, you really have to check this one out and ask for uncle Frank. :) More

We just bought our first Lexus Hybrid from Jack Lee at Longo. It's a very pleasant experience. Jack is very professional and courteous. Since I am buying the car for my parents, my consideration is a bit different when comparing buying one for myself. I did my my homework before I walked in to the dealer. Then, I told Jack what I am looking for and he provided the professional, candid and straight advices based on the price range and the features. Then I make my decision based on what I think is the best. We basically walk thru the pro and con on the HS, RX, and GS. At one point, I was walking out becasue I was contemplating whether I should get a RX or a HS since my parents are rather short in height. Jack handled this potential unfruitful engagement with professionalism. That is what brings me back and bought the car few mintues later. ) Gotta love the clean engagement that focus to the point. I think the deal that I got is okay, not the greatest one but it's one packed with values. In smmary, it's a very pleasant exprience because Jack provided the professional sales services. It's timely and it's effective. Truely a good sales who you can discuss the options and purchase the car that you deem valuable. A sales who can listen into customer's need and provide the consultative advices without any other agendas. ) Or maybe there is some hidden agenda but I didn't detect it. :) Oh, and he also worked to get the deal for us under the basis that the dealership still need to make profit. I also spoke over the phone with Nick Pailevanian at Internet Sales, and he was both professional and courteous in answering all of the questions I had about the new car. As a recent buyer of the new RX 450h AWD, I am very happy to know that I've received stellar customer service throughout the purchasing process. Throughout the process, Jim remained professional, courteous, and friendly, and I strongly felt that he truly enjoyed his job. I would, without hesitation, recommend Jim Karimi and Longo Lexus to all of my friends and colleagues. Thank you, Jim and Longo Lexus, for making this process enjoyable and customer-friendly. More
THE WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE AT LONGO WAS VERY PLEASURABLE. NO PRESSURE.GEORGE KANTANTO WAS OUTSTANDING. George Kantanto was great to work with. No problems what so ever. Very personable and friendly. Very straight forward, no hagaling or presure. Overall, the experience was good. Neva was very friendly and personable when I dropped off my car. I quickly prepared my paperwork and even obtained a Lexus loaner car, as opposed to the Enterprise car tha and personable when I dropped off my car.
