I was searching for a very specific car (2012 CT200h FIre Agate with Caramel) and had sent 5 emails out to my local dealerships. When I arrived at Longo (and I live in Santa Monica), George greeted me and took me to their subterranean showroom where there were hundreds of cars and they actually had 2 of the Fire Agates and 1 Nebula Gray with Caramel Interior. While other dealerships only had 7 in stock, they had at least 25 CT's and George was ever so kind to maneuver the gray car next to the FIre Agate so I could decide easier. With all of that said, I told George what I was willing to pay and he only needed to "go back" only once and the deal was done. George is very pleasant, non-aggressive, and makes you feel like you're his only customer. Not to mention, he is very straightforward and not into game playing. The entire Longo experience was absolutely superb and I will not hesitate to refer people to Longo and specifically George. The whole process took about 3 hours and George even offered me a Subway sandwich, to which he took my Subway order and had it made. I couldn't drive the car home that day so I scheduled delivery for the following day and it was personally delivered to me at my office (40 miles away). Overall, a very positive car buying experience and THE only place to go if you're looking for great prices, great service (George) and an unbelievable inventory. More
I've been going back to this dealership many times already, to have our RX service and all I can say is; Paul Mills is the best Service Rep that I've encountered so far. I've been attended by different Service Rep but they're all the same... same, in the sense that they're NOT doing their job with a personal touch... it's automatic for them... it's a JOB for them. Paul is different, as he attend to my needs as if it's HIS car, it's HIS concern, it's HIS problem... very personal and with a personal touch. I want Paul to my our Service Rep all the time, if possible. Look for Paul if you need your vehicle service in this dealership. More
Generally speaking, my experiences with Longo have been positive. I don't think we got as good a discount on purchase price as we should have, because we were paying cash. But my biggest disappointment may lie with the Lexus company rather than Longo. The driver-side mirror points to the ground when I back up, in case there are any tricycles there, but when I start going forward again, it points up to the sky, giving me a good view of the clouds. So I have to pull over and re-adjust the mirror before starting forward again. I have had this problem "fixed" at Longo four times, but after a day or two, the mirror is back to its old tricks. Is this a design flaw in the car itself, or do the Longo mechanics not know how to fix it? More

I purchased my Lexus IS250 from the dealership back in 2008 and I drive from Pasadena just to get my car serviced at Longo. I have had the privilege of working with Niva Salazar and it's truly because of 2008 and I drive from Pasadena just to get my car serviced at Longo. I have had the privilege of working with Niva Salazar and it's truly because of him that my loyalty remains with Longo. He is a professional in every sense of the word. His follow-up is exceptional, he always accommodates my busy schedule, and goes the extra mile to make sure all my questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. He’s organized, personable, knowledgeable, and an overachiever – all the qualities necessary to retain loyalty with customers. He exceeds my expectations time and time again. It’s nice to know that, with as busy a schedule as I have, I can come in and never have to worry about unsatisfactory service. Niva is an asset to Longo and it is because of him that Longo has earned my loyalty. I also had the pleasure of speaking to manager Joe Castro, another individual that adds prestige to Longo’s excellence in customer service. He was very accommodating and made sure all my concerns were addressed by the time I left Longo. Yes, Lexus has a prestigious brand-name. However, in my humble opinion, it’s not the brand-name that has retained me as a loyal customer, but individuals like Niva Salazar and Joe Castro. More

The superior service that Niva and Sergio Orozco in sales have provided has made me feel so confident and at ease that I purchased my second Lexus last year. I do not live close to Longo Lexus but I trust Niva Salazar with my vehicle and am so happy with the customer service that I will not go anywhere else as long as Niva and Sergio are there. More
Niva Salazar is by far the best service representative at this dealership. Other service people who work there, who I won't mention, aren't as nice or attentive as Niva. Niva would always take care of my car as fast a possible. I drive all the way from Santa Monica to El Monte to get my Lexus IS250 service because I know Niva would take great care of me and my car. My entire family owns a Lexus and one of the greatest reasons why we all own Lexus, and not BMW or Mercedes is because we know our cars will be take great care every time because of Niva. I have personally known Niva for almost 5+ years, and he has never tried to up sale or take advantage of me. Niva Salazar, if you are reading this, keep up the good work! More

I was there to buy a used Lexus RX350. The sales person (Bruce Fannyan) had me talk to his suervisor (Victor Reyes) for pricing as he was busy with another customer. Victor aggreed to a price and went back to get the paperwork but came back asking me for 1500$ higher than what we had agreed. Lights were out on that day at the dealership and they were all preparing to go home early (5.30PM Friday) that day and I felt that they just wanted me to get lost. I talked to two of Vistor's supervisor, but they all wanted a written prrof. Now I can tell when Longo Lexus car salesman is lying, its when his lips are moving. Don't discuss anything with them verbally, get them to write everything down!!! I would never never never recommend the Longo Lexus dealership to any of my friends, after this bitter experience. More
