I was there to buy a used Lexus RX350. The sales person (Bruce Fannyan) had me talk to his suervisor (Victor Reyes) for pricing as he was busy with another customer. Lights were out on that day at the dealership and they were all preparing to go home early (5.30PM Friday) that day and I felt that they just wanted me to get lost. I talked to two of Vistor's supervisor, but they all wanted a written prrof. Now I can tell when Longo Lexus car salesman is lying, its when his lips are moving. Don't discuss anything with them verbally, get them to write everything down!!! I would never never never recommend the Longo Lexus dealership to any of my friends, after this bitter experience. More
I recently took my car to Longo Lexus to get it serviced for a problem I had with the air conditioner. I was very upset that there was a problem with the car, but when I spoke with Niva Salazar he immediat for a problem I had with the air conditioner. I was very upset that there was a problem with the car, but when I spoke with Niva Salazar he immediately made an appointment for me to bring in my car to have it inspected. From the initial phone call, Niva was very helpful. He was accommodating to my schedule and listened to all of my concerns and frustrations. When I brought the car in Niva was, once again, very helpful. He promptly greeted me with a friendly smile and listened to my concerns. He explained the services that were going to be performed on my car and took the time to answer my questions. Niva never made me feel rushed. He was thorough and friendly throughout the entire process and provided me with status updates as my car was being serviced. My appointment was late in the evening so by the time my car was ready it was a little past their closing time. Niva stayed as long as it took to complete my service and always did everything with a great smile and positive attitude. Niva takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his guests. It is great customer service like this that will bring me back to Longo Lexus. I would highly recommend Niva Salazar. He simply provides excellent service. More

I walked into the dealership needing a car and knowing what I wanted - a CT 200H. Upon arriving, the salesman that I spoke with tried pushing a used CT on me and overall, I wasn't feeling it (the interact what I wanted - a CT 200H. While I had hoped to purchase a car that evening, I was in the "looking" state of mind and completely willing to walk without one. At some point in the conversation another salesman, Rony Parada, passed by and the gentleman who originally greeted us looped him into the conversation. Rony kept us from walking away that evening. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He gets extra points for always remembering our names and never faltering as he always addressed us by name. (Good customer service is always appreciated.) While I knew I wanted a CT, he did a great job of explaining the differences between the trim levels and even introduced me to the F Sport Edition which is what I ultimately ended up purchasing. His knowledge and passion about the vehicles was very much appreciated and extremely helpful. (I've worked in the automotive industry for nearly 10 years, so it was nice to have a knowledgeable salesman as opposed to my previous experiences.) Throughout the negotiation process, Rony was great to work with. He also stayed late in order to walk me step-by-step through the vehicle and its features. Additionally, he followed up and has always been more than willing to answer any questions I have or address any of my concerns. Overall, it was an easy process and Rony was great to work with. I definitely recommend working with him if you're in the market for a new Lexus! More
I have been a customer of Longo Lexus for the past 12 years and have really enjoyed my experience there. The service department is the best in comparison to other Lexus dealerships. The service area is run efficiently and is customer oriented with computer stations, comfortable chairs, beverages and snacks, and glass viewing area of the cars being serviced. In particular, I would like to give a special thanks to Niva Salazar for making my experience at Longo so fantastic. I have been working with Niva for the past 4-5years and thanks to him that I keep coming back to Longo. He has a courteous and friendly manner of interacting, is very knowledgeable with whatever issues I may have, and makes sure that I am well taken care of from the moment I need an appointment to picking up my car. He can get what I need done at a reasonable price and does not force anything unnecessary. He will call to update me on the status of my car and if there are any other issues that come up. Two thumbs way up! More

I went to Longo lexus on the recommendation of a friend and I was blown away. As I walked up I met Felix, he was courteous and helpful and made me feel at ease right away. He asked me what model I was interested in and the options (if any) I was looking for. He took us to the outdoor lot and the garage lot until we found the vehicle I was looking for in the exact color and the exact options I was looking for. He promptly took my wife and I for a test drive, he was very knowledgeable of all aspects of that vehicle. After the test drive I was sure that was the vehicle I wanted. I must say Felix and Charles were saints. I had previously put in thru my bank for a guaranteed price to be sent to 3 dealerships, because Longo was so far away they were not a listed dealership. When I got my confirmation on the price I took it to Felix and the negotiations commenced. I was surprised when the price was higher than I expected and was about to leave because I had not taken a couple factors into my equations. Felix worked tirelessly with Charles (1 of the sales managers) to get me down to the payment range I had budgeted for. If not for Felix's incredible dedication and hard work I would have missed out on purchasing this exceptional vehicle. I stand by my recommendation of felix and the entire Longo lexus dealership 100%. If you are in the market for a lexus don't waste your time anywhere else, Longo is the place for you. More

Felix Giles was my agent assisting me with locating my ultimate dream car. As soon as we walked to the customer service desk I was slightly apprehensive. After a few moments it felt like a sigh of relief just because of how personable/sincere he was. It made my experience all the better. Also allowing me to feel much more relaxed, without worrying about being haggled about the expectation of having to buy a car. Felix took me on a test drive, while really taking his time with each question and detail of the RX. Any question that you could possibly thing of regarding a car he knew the answer to because of how well rounded he is. (Felix was a former NASCAR driver, who almost had a fatal crash and had to give up his passion for the mean time to sell for Lexus. He also maintains a degree in mechanical engineering.) If you have the questions to ask, this man is highly intelligent enough to break it down into terms that a 5 year old could understand. He also directed me to a fleet manager Gary, who really helped me out with an excellent price of the car without braking the bank. Felix really went the extra mile with making my experience the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. He even took us down to the garage to see if they had the specific leather interior that I was looking for. My mom and I were literally on a golf cart driving through the fresh sent of new car smell, as well as the beautiful scenery of sparkling cars and Christmas decorations. It felt like something out of a movie. Not only did I end up buying a car but we had an amazing time while doing it. And considering that it was December he put a big red bow on the car, so when I walked out from the fiance dept. it was like a Lexus commercial (a tear). I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and feel more lucky today than I did yesterday to have met such an amazing man. Felix Giles has my highest recommendations. YOU will not be sorry. trust me :).. All I can say is thank you so much for giving me this experience that I will never forget in my whole life. More

And he did, with his attentiveness to detail, explanation of functions, and friendliness, he won me over and the sale. Because of my indecisiveness, I was there a little longer than I wished I was there for, but everything turned out great. I would definitely recommend George to others. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Lexus RX 350 from Robert yesterday after a week-long process communicating and and working with several dealers in the Southern California area. Throughout the whole process, Robert was friendly, easy-going, and accessible. He responded quickly through email, text, and phone. He did not mind that we were talking to other dealers as he appeared very confident (in a good way) in his dealership's inventory and resources. At first, we were going to purchase a car from another dealership because they had the exact car we wanted and they were willing to go below a TrueCar.com quote we received. However, this other dealership did not have the car immediately available (we would have had to wait until January). As a result, we contacted Robert, told him about our situation, and asked him to find us a car with the same features at a lower price. Robert found us a car with a different color (one that the wife ultimately preferred over our original preference of Stargazer Black) and at a lower price than the other dealership. We completed the purchase soon after that. Overall, we found our purchasing experience with Robert to be a very smooth and positive one. The key for us was doing a lot of research through various websites and forums to see what people are paying for the car. We also calculated our acceptable price range and interest rate and asked for a clear idea of what our monthly payments would be at the negotiated price. Having that information with us made our negotiations very easy. We had a price we were willing to pay. We asked Robert to beat it. He did. End of story. More
