This was my fifth ES purchase--my first at Longo Lexus--and by far the best experience I've ever had in my car buying history. It started with an outstanding sales representative, Jim Karimi, who is an extraordinary professional in every important business category--courtesy, knowledge, responsiveness and integrity. I've never met a sales representative that made himself so available and is so knowledgeable of the product, service and financing. My visit to the dealership simply reinforced the excellent impression Mr. Karimi had given me over the phone. Every employee I met or dealt with was courteous, customer-oriented and efficient. The facility itself is out of this world--clean, professional and visually impressive. Everyone is offering assistance or courtesies. The senior executive took time to come by and introduce himself and thank me for my business. The Financial Services Manager, Rachel Amin, was also outstanding in her courtesy and efficiency. She made the paperwork process a pleasure. Finally, the product itself--the ES350--is a world class automobile. In styling, color, performance, quality and value it dramatically beats the competition. It's simply a wonderful automobile. When you combine all these outstanding characteristics--the sales representative, Jim Karimi, the physical plant, the customer-oriented employees, senior executive leadership and a world class automobile, you truly have an unsurpassed experience. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism displayed by Sergio Orozco. He went out of his way to ensure that my wife and I were as comfortable with our purchase as we could be. So Mr. Niva Salazar went above and beyond and had a tow truck come pick my car up at my office and had a rental ready for me without hesitation. The experience shocked me I was so happy and relieved. Everytime I get my car serviced I request to be seen by Mr. Salazar because of his efficiency,honesty and professionalism. I recommend this dealership to others because of the continued high quality service that Mr. Niva Salazar provides. More

I spent a week calling around to many, many, many Lexus Dealers (12 total). I had it narrowed down to just a few where I thought the price would be right. The night before I was going to buy, I decided to call one more dealer (Longo Lexus) and glad I did. Mark, a very nice guy (moves in slow-speed) was very professional as he actually e-mailed me the MSRP Label with all of the itemized standard equipment and options. He hand wrote the invoice price, the discount and his sales price! What a novelty, why don’t the rest of the bone heads out there do that! He was the only dealer to do this for me. I wanted to go a little lower and he told me call him on Saturday. Instead, I drove over 60 miles to Longo and was there when they opened and he was a bit shocked, but he knew I was there to buy. The RX350 we wanted was down in the underground storage (very cool) and my wife did not like the color. She fell in love with the Pebble Beach Truffle Mica. We went upstairs, crunched a few numbers and bam, an easy deal without all of the vein busting haggling. We purchased the extra protective coating and we went to lunch, came back and the car was filled up, and in shiny showroom condition. Rony was excellent and helped with the transaction. He showed us the cars, explained featured, took care of the prep, spent a generous amount of time explaining the features, Navigation, etc. Bottom line: He did not rush us!!! I am a tough customer (25 years in the Military) and generally hate car salesman as a rule... These guys are top notch & I recommend Longo Lexus (Penske Company) to anyone. The Lexus experience was actually fun for us and I believe that I may be a Lexus owner for Life!! What a beautiful car:) More
Longo proclaims themselves as "the biggest and best Lexus dealership west of the mississippi", at least thats what I heard about 100 times while there. I bought a car from them & the car salesman initially was very accommodating and pleasant. Unfortunately he lied about several things and did not know the car at all. I unfortunately took his word for a lot of the cars features which were not present (ie:foldable seats to improve cargo room, Navigation features, etc) !! He told me to call him anytime for questions. I called him the day after purchase and he was extremely rude and unpleasant. Longo has a bunch of new buyer perks which are usually used in the first 3 months after purchase (so they claim). I was never told of any of them. I found out by listening to one of their bogus ads on the radio 8 months later. I contacted their customer service center twice without any response & then gave up. I would definitely go to one of the many other dealers in LA. LONGO is a very poor dealership. Don't let them fool you. More
We bought a pre-owned 2004 Lexus RX330 from this dealership in August 2005. This was absolutely the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Longo Lexus treats every customer with respect and fairness from the moment you drive in until the moment you drive your new car off the lot and even on all my return visits I have found the service to be absolutely superb. The showroom is clean, clean and cleaner from the restrooms to the service bays. They understand that the customer is king at LONGO. If you want a new car or pre-owned you should come here because they are the best More
Both my girlfriend and I have bought our cars from Longo and have been extremely happy with the service and sales process. It may have something to do with our sales person but I have yet to deal with anyon and have been extremely happy with the service and sales process. Got that kinda slimey dealer feeling when I bought my car. I think I could have gotten a better deal had I gone somewhere else. Loved the car- it was worth it - but I think I could have done better.
