Bait and switch I have been a loyal customer to Longo since the 80s! I bought a 1985 Celica, 2000 and 2006 Avalon‘s both unlimited additions, and a used Ford truck I have been a loyal customer to Longo since the 80s! I bought a 1985 Celica, 2000 and 2006 Avalon‘s both unlimited additions, and a used Ford truck plus I’ve sent several people here over the years. Then I shifted to Longo Lexus to step it up and leased the GS 350 in 2015 I came back to lease the same vehicle for 2018. I had been receiving calls from the dealership intermittently during the 90 day period that you can turn the car in and wave three payments. I had expressed my interest to get the 2018 GS 350 and I didn’t want to do anything until they came in. So I waited. Icontinued to receive the calls trying to get me to come in and look at what they currently have in the current deals I was adamant that I was going to wait. I had to call to see when the vehicles came in and in September they arrived. I spoke to someone in sales over the phone only to be told that they would not wheel and deal at this time since the vehicles just hit the lot and I was should wait until the December to remember event. So again I waited, I called and found out in November that the vehicle I wanted was on the lot and they said come on down so we can get you back into the same vehicle with the new safety features. I was so excited the wait was over. I spent 7 hours in the dealership negotiating on a car that I did NOT come to lease because they wouldn’t work with me on the GS 350!! I got this long story that when they were leasing those vehicles three years ago they overestimated estimated the residual factor, those currently leasing this vehicle or not buying them out they were turning them in, and they lost a bunch of money so they were not going to be doing those kind of deals anymore and on and on and blah blah blah blah blah. Additionally while turning in my lease i went over my miles I knew that I had to pay the difference but come to find out I’m hearing now that some dealerships will waive that for their repeat customers. I have purchased a vehicle from Escondido Lexus for my daughter I’ve purchased from 2 Ford dealerships for my husband and I purchased many years ago from the Cerritos Honda dealership All of my prior Toyota Lexus and Honda experiences have been positive, equitable on both sides and I’ve always walked away feeling like I was taken care of. But not this time. I felt like greed Has taken over this dealership. I was told by my sales agent that he was financially hurting and really needed to make a profit so that he could pay his own bills. And When I had to document all my information on my application the response that I received was “oh well you make enough money you can afford to pay more.” Are you kidding me? I could go on and on and on but I won’t. Let me just add that I even attempted to connect with my prior sales agent and I couldn’t make that happen either. I must’ve spoke to 5 different people over the last several months. Just don’t expect the moon the sun and the stars and the red carpet treatment from Longo Lexus anymore. It’s no longer personalized service. Shop around go online read the reviews talk to different people just know you’re going to spend a lot of money on whatever it is you purchase and you want to be sure that you get what you WANT and you’re treated fairly and you feel good about it in the end. In fact, it was so good we bought our first car from him in February, bought another in July, then sent our daughter to him in August for a third purchase. Sergio is honest in his dealings, possesses in-depth product knowledge, doesn’t pressure you and is very accommodating and patient. He went above and beyond the norm and helped us negotiate for the best deals possible. Sergio made what is usually a stressful process, a pleasant experience! We recently had the first service on our car and I was again impressed with Longo’s customer service and performance. Check in was handled efficiently, they communicated appropriately and kept to their time commitment. Their service lounge is first rate with great wifi, comfortable seating and free snacks. I definitely recommend to Longo Lexus to anyone and everyone!! More

Worst Dealership Ever Lousy service, lousy customer relations. Sales department lied to us when we bought the car. Talked us into an expensive Platinum Coverage Level only to find out that it's unnecessary - that we should have bought a cheaper option - a pre paid maintenance plan that was NOT presented to us at the time of sale. Once we discovered the error, Longo Lexus would not refund our money without pro-rating it - - for nothing - - and would not allow us to buy the appropriate policy. Spoke to Lexus Corporate, who would do nothing to help BTW, but did say that the dealership could refund our money and could allow the purchase of another policy IF the dealership allowed it. Service isn't any better: tried to give me the wrong car, didn't wash the car, and took an hour at service to get a loaner. At Glendale Lexus they will fix paint chips for free, at Longo they told me buy paint and do it myself. If we were Asian, I think we would have had better service. More

My sales experience with Mr. Trent Noller is beyond compare. I can not complain with my previous experience with other salesman with Longo Toyota but Mr. Noller service is outstanding. He is direct to the point and a good communicator. His responses to my emails are quick that made my transaction easy. He is friendly and courteous that makes every customer at ease. If he is due for promotion to the next level, he deserves it. More
Longo Lexus stands behind their cars! Bought a 2008 Lexus LS 460 from Longo Lexus and it was out of factory warranty. I was told that the car is a Long Lexus "Quality Assured" vehicle and Bought a 2008 Lexus LS 460 from Longo Lexus and it was out of factory warranty. I was told that the car is a Long Lexus "Quality Assured" vehicle and has 90 days/3000 miles dealer warranty. After taking the car home, I found that there was a small hole on the muffler and also the engine was rough in idle when in Drive or Reverse mode. Took the car back to the dealer. Eric Anaya handled the visit. He arranged the inspection and repair. During the inspection process, the Service Department folks also found a number of other minor things that needed a fix. Eventually, they replaced water pump, drive belt, drive belt tensioner, head gaskets on both left and right engine sides, installed spark plug seals, replaced the leaky muffler with a new one, changed coolant as part of coolant pump replacement procedure. The total cost was over $2200. Because the car is their Quality Assured vehicle, there was no charge to me personally. Also, they provided a courteous (loaner) car while the repairs were done. If you need to buy a used Lexus car, buy it from Longo Lexus, because they stand behind the cars they sold. More

No stress or frustration and he was very informative! I was happy from the start till the end. George worked with me on getting a 2017 Lexus Rx 350! Each time I come in to get service they always take care of me. Very patience going over what was done and make sure to answered all my questions and concerns. She asked to please check brake wear since the car has 40,000 miles and they told her she must pay for a $350.00 service program !!!!!.....We have been Lexus/Toyota family for over 20 years, my wife will replace her ES-350 this summer with a INFINITI .....My own previous 2008 LS-460 never cost that much for a oil change !!!!!! Disapppointing Experience Well, I purchased my car in April and the experience was amazing. However, today I brought my car in for service and was very disappointed with the experience. It certainly did not match the white glove service received when I purchased the car. I brought my car in for a 10,000 mile routine service and was informed they needed to address a recall and would need to order the part and keep the car. I agreed to do so if they coukd provide a loaner, since they needed to keep it a couple of days. They didn't have a Lexus loaner, so they sent me to Enterprise located on their property. It would have been nice if they could have reserved car for me, but rather just sent me there to see what they had. From the beginning the women at Enterprise was condescending and quick to give me the lowest quality vehicle. Once she brought up the small dirty base model Jeep Patriot. I was reluctant to accept it since it had such a small backseat for my family who is visiting. She basically told me that she had a 4 Runner, but Lexus wouldn't approve it. I ask you, why would Lexus not approve 4 Runner, when they have my new RX350 due to a recall. When I asked the women to ask them to approve, she reluctantly said: it will be awhile so you will have to wait. So I agreed to wait. During my wait, I walked back to Lexus to see if they possibly had a loaner returned. When I explained the car I was given, he stated that they had a few loaners, not sure why they didn't earlier, but the size was not much bigger. Okay, not any bigger, but clearly nicer. When I was discussing the vehicle he jumped on the phone and left me standing there waiting while he was talking. I decided I had had enough, and walked back to see if Enterprise had approval for a different vehicle, not the case. The women basically stated they had no other vehicles available. What happens to a 4 Runner? Unbelievable! I came to Longo for service, despite working up the street from Glendale Lexus, because of the great personified service I received when I purchased the car. Hmmm..!! This is not 5- star I was promised. Disappointing. I think if you are servicing a vehicle, particularly due to a recall, you bend over backwards to put the customer in a comparable vehicle. And make sure they leave feeling special...quite the contrary. More
