Amazing Experience! Thank you George Kantanto! I can not stop talking about how happy and thankful I am that George Kantanto was my sales rep. I visited the Longo Lexus website since my wife wanted a new SUV. George Kantanto responded to my questions I had. He called me and from the beginning he was very patient, I had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all. I decided to make a 50 mile drive and visit the dealership. Once at the dealership, I met with George what showed me 3 vehicles that day and not once was he pushy or rushed me into buying a car. I told George I would come back since I needed to explain the options to my wife. I called George back and he was able to answer all my wife's questions. I called George and told him I would go to the dealership that upcoming weekend. I was unable to return that following weekend and George understood. I continued to call George and request information on other vehicles, never did he brush me off. My wife and I decided to go visit the dealership about a month later. George Kantanto was able to help us purchase the vehicle my wife loved. The reason I returned is due to the respect, professionalism, and kindness George treated us with. I am truly happy with our purchase and George Kantanto will from now on be my sales rep. Also thank you to the entire team at Longo Lexus that had a positive solution to our needs. BEST car buying experience BY FAR! My mom (77 years old) was in the market for a 2018 Buick Enclave, she had a 2015 Buick Enclave and loved it. After a couple Buick dealerships (with h My mom (77 years old) was in the market for a 2018 Buick Enclave, she had a 2015 Buick Enclave and loved it. After a couple Buick dealerships (with hardly any inventory on the newly designed Enclave) and a few pushy salesmen she decided to look at other brands. We went to Cadillac, Acura and Mercedes... to no avail. So after a gentle nudge from me, she went to look at the Lexus. So glad she did!!! She fell in love with the RX350. After 2 other Lexus dealerships we ended up at Longo. This was hands down the BEST car buying experience we've ever had. Their staff was friendly and welcoming and we were treated like queens. The transaction was quick and easy and they made the payment fit right into (actually below) my mom's budget. Our salesman Sergio was BEYOND AMAZING, I really just can't say enough about him. He made us so comfortable and was very respectful and professional. If you're looking for a Lexus, go see Sergio!!! (Self disclaimer.... I'm hard to please and can't be a bit of a pain... We wondered onto the side entrance of Longo Lexus not initially not even considering that make. Some guy going to lunch asked us if we needed help. That guy turned out to be Mr. George King-Internet Manager. I could stretch this whole adventure out but here's the short of it. Out of all the dealerships we visited George is the only one who found a car my wife might like and CALLED US BACK. He found her a Black Pearl with Chocolate Interior. DONE! George negotiated the whole deal from beginning to end. No other pesky managers to deal with. Ian had us out of finance in 10 minutes! WHAT?! Here's the deal: My wife drives a 31k car for $400 a month. Now she has a 58k Lexus for $537 a month. He went way below invoice, add in a 2k rebate and in and out in 3 hours. Come on. Best deal with a car in my life. Moral of the story: If you want a no-nonsense deal - Mr. George King is your guy! Even if you weren't thinking Lexus. Thanks George and Ian. (Side note: George and his wife foster care older dogs. That tells you who George is!) More
