The service was not good. The first problem I had was they sent me out the door with batteries that were low in my key fobs. That required a trip back to El Monte because not only did they not put new ba they sent me out the door with batteries that were low in my key fobs. That required a trip back to El Monte because not only did they not put new batteries in they did not show me how to open the key fob and let's be real, if I did it, and broke it, I would be responsible for a brand new key fob which I believe runs $200 to $300. All dealers charge a very Hefty dealer prep charge, mine no exception. The problem was, that when they detailed the paint job they did not wax it properly or at all, and left swirl marks from when they took the clay bar to the car. I took it to my local Lexus dealership in the South Bay, and an arbitrary salesman that I asked to please look at my car even agreed and said those marks are more prevalent on the darker cars and take a little more time to fixed but in this case they did a terrible job. Now I have to deal with getting the car back and getting it waxed and taking care of properly because make no mistake, there was a dealer prep charge to make the car pretty and that detail was not free. My salesperson was definitely friendly and did his best to close the deal, but I think Toyota and Lexus has let their service go because they are well aware they make the best automobile on the planet and that people will put up with their xxxx to drive a Toyota or a Lexus. And I can continue to go on with the little things that we're not done but at this point I would rather not xxxx myself off thinking about how people are treated at car dealerships today. More

I visited Longo Lexus on 6/29 (four months before lease end) for maintenance. While I was waiting to get my car checked, I wanted to explore what options I have for an early return and that's how I met Hieu Le who assisted me. Hieu engaged in our conversation immediately with a positive attitude and smiling face. He displayed colors and models on his monitors so I could actually visualize each car. He tried to meet my needs and expectations about the color, concerns about indoor space, side molding bars, monthly payment etc and finally I found a car I wanted and I decided to return my existing one and get a new one. During almost one and a half hours of consultation, he maintained a welcoming vibe and answered all my questions and concerns so when I left Longo Lexus, I didn't have any doubt with my choice. On 7/3, the day of vehicle delivery, only just a couple hours before the car is supposed to be delivered, I realized I have installed dash-cam to my existing Lexus. So I talked to Hieu that I have to reschedule delivery in order to remove the dash-cam. He noticed I was disappointed for not getting the new car and he put all his effort to find any possible ways to get me the new car without delay. Finally we decided to get the new car as scheduled and he's going to take a look if he can remove the dash-cam. When he arrived with the new car, of course I was happy to have a new car and luckily he was able to remove the dash-cam himself. From consultation all the way through vehicle delivery, he truly made me feel Lexus treats me as a valued customer. My initial thought when I visited Longo Lexus was I'm going to switch to another vehicle brand if I'm not satisfied with options and Hieu changed my mind. It's not just selling a car. It's all about how you treat people and put an effort to meet their needs. I also give a big compliment to Frank Lorusso for his friendly and professional attitude during maintenance process and Jackson who came to my place with Hieu to do payperwork and get rid of the dash-cam and the lady sitting right next to Hieu (I don't recall her name..) for her very friendly attitude while she's checking if I'm eligible for early return options. Actually when she introduced me to Hieu, she said I'm in good hands so no need to worry about getting the best deal. Observing those great team playing gave me huge confidence in both of them and the dealer. All the people I met at Longo, all of them was so great to demonstrate professionalism and displayed attitude how they value their customers. They all deserve a huge shout out. I'm so satisfied with this experience and glad I didn't switch to another vehicle brand and stick to Lexus for another three years.. More

He offered to help in many ways possible and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales representative. I decided on a car and couldn’t be happier!
