In a scale of 1-10, George Kantanto is easily a 10. From the time we spoke on the phone, I was treated by him as if I was his only customer - he worked hard to earn my business. I still had 8 months left on my current lease and he "worked" the numbers so that it would make economic sense for me to get out of my current lease. He made it happen and George was extremely patient with me. On the NEGATIVE side,I already have 2 problems with the car: one remote is not working properly and the glove compartment, even when unlocked, does not open. I went to Glendale Lexus, which is close to my house and was told it could take even a day or longer to diagnose why the remote is not working and at least 2 hours to fix the glove compartment. I told them I will just come back next week. I'm just disappointed that I'm going to be inconvenienced since I too have a busy schedule. FYI, this was my 3rd purchase from Longo, and the RX 350 that I bought from Longo in June 2012, I had to return it to Lexus after driving it for 9 months since the "noise" could not be fixed after several attempts to fix the problem. More

Car was in their possession for a month and nothing was fixed. After a month of no progress and numerous threats they bought back the car and we're supposed to pay off the loan. Today, 5/12/15 has been more than 40 days and my loan has still not been paid off. I have collections calling me and my credit ruined due to their incompetence. I have called many times to try to resolve this issue with no success.Buyer beware!! More

The 2 1/4 hour oil change - with a reasonably happy ending I had a 4:30 PM appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 4:24 and was greeted professionally and told to go inside, take a seat, and wait to be cal I had a 4:30 PM appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 4:24 and was greeted professionally and told to go inside, take a seat, and wait to be called. That's exactly what I did. At 5:34 PM, John Chang told me he was sorry for the wait. I assumed that my car was finished so I said things happen. That's when he told me that the car hadn't even been brought in for service yet. He was professional and apologized and said he'd do what he could to expedite the service. He called me back in one hour later to again apologize and he told me the service had been completed. When I went ot pay, he said he was sorry for the extended wait and had asked his manager to comp the service, which is what the manager did. I thanked him and went out to get my car. That also took about 10 minutes...thus, the 2 1/4 hour oil change. More
Unthical recommended unnecessary service I had heard horror stories about Longo's service amongs my friends before but considered them as rumors until now. I went in for a oil change and fel I had heard horror stories about Longo's service amongs my friends before but considered them as rumors until now. I went in for a oil change and felt right the way being pushed for the more expensive 70K service basically the same thing except just more inspections. Came back later and was told I need a $500 axle boot replacement due to crack and leak. I declined and later took the car to a local auto shop and found out both axle boots were fine and not a sign of leak or crack. The machanic even shown me both axles boots to ease my doubts and concerns. Longo definitely lost me as a customer on both sales and service. Just hope other people do not fell victim to the same unethical tactic they shamefully employed. Consider yourself warned. More
