Longo Lexus dealership is way different in accommodating their guests compared to other Lexus dealerships. Rony is an outstanding performer. He helped me throughout the whole lease buy out process. The chair is far from the table and he told me to push the chair closer to the table so I can sign the documents electronically. He said that’s what other customers do. It wasn’t pleasant to my ears. The 3 chairs stick to each other and kind of heavy. Your finance department wasn’t like this 3 years ago and 15 years ago. It was spacious. Hope you can do some arrangements.
