Never again responded

I attempted to contact Kary Loefler but have not heard back from her. Since she has not responded with an offer to fix her inaccurate statements, I will correct them with this post. Kary stated: "As you've mentioned working with our Service Director. Jose U and the compensation [sic] you were seeking was unattainable. We've also been notified by the manufacture of your current action in filing a Lemon Law Case All matters going forward will be discussed with them directly." Kary, First, I never asked for any form of compensation from Jose. He informed me that the damage in his opinion was not a manufacturer defect as such it was not a warranty item. I did not ask him to pursue this with the manufacturer as the only option that would have been offered was for Longo to fix the damage. That, I can assure you, will never happen. I have no faith in the competence of the staff there and as such will never have your dealership execute any further repairs to the vehicle. Second, I did not seek lemon law treatment. Rather a customer service representative at Lexus North America initiated that proceeding. I simply asked to be transferred to another representative as it was apparent that she was not understanding my concerns. I simply wanted to speak with a more responsive representative but if Lexus North America wants to give me my money back and take the car, I would accept such a proposal pending details of the compensation. Kary, I posted here not to have you do anything as it was obvious from my several sub-par dealings with your service department that nothing would improve. Rather, I posted here to present others with information that they may find valuable in their decisions about which dealership and in fact manufacturer to take their business to. I sincerely hope that your service improves as a number of employees and their families count on you to stay in business. However, at this point, it is clear that your service department is not good at what they are tasked to do and the public should now that and take action as they deem necessary. I hope that this follow-up clarifies for you and all the nature and depth of the problems that I have experienced with your service department. I would also appreciate it if you did not attribute actions to me that I did not request nor initiate.
