Longo Lexus review 7/23/24 I was greeted by Willy Lam, one of the service consultants. He had mentioned that I had missed a scheduled maintenance service but not to worry because, it wasn't over a year. H one of the service consultants. He had mentioned that I had missed a scheduled maintenance service but not to worry because, it wasn't over a year. He mentioned that some people wait over 3 to even 10 years to come in. Willy was very knowledgeable about my 30K mile maintenance service and went over what needed to be done. I even had a list of other items to check. There were a few problems that I couldn't quite explain but, he was patient to listen and figured it out. Willy mentioned that they've been out of rental cars for 2 weeks so he had to call me an Uber. He had that handled and everything worked out smoothly. When my car was ready Willy had an Uber pick me up and made sure I was happy with the service and a nice cleaned car. With all the vehicles I've had and serviced, I'd say Longo Lexus has been the best! More
