Condescending I know we are going through a rough time with COVID in our lives but I really can't use that to explain our experience with Victor. Let me first start off by saying he was very accommodating when I called him to schedule a test drive close to closing time (he told me that they close at 6:00 PM today). My family decided to come along with me since they knew it would be my first time trying to buy a car. When I arrived, I apologized to Victor since my family tagged along but he assured me that Longo is family. After test driving the car, he locked it up and just stood there and didn't say anything. I was interested in the car but he didn't really acknowledge me until I gave him my budget. He said with that budget, find another car. He even brought my family and I inside to his desk (he had a stack of papers everywhere) to show on his computer that he would not profit at all from my budget. He further explained that if he sold the car to me for any less than the asking price then it wouldn't be worth the cleaning of the car. My parents made a comment (because they saw that he was being condescending while speaking to me) that we had family that bought their cars here and he cut them off and said that he doesn't really care if they bought 200 cars here. My parents proceeded to ask if there were any other options to which he responded by putting a 2-page spreadsheet of, which I assume was, a list of the used cars on the lot with their prices in front of me and said to check for myself. At this point the conversation was more of him ranting (we got cut off a lot) and I really didn't get a chance to get a word in. I knew even if I did decide on meeting at a price, I did not want to buy from him. While we were leaving I could hear him talking out loud to his co-workers about what our original budget was and how low it was. It felt like he was putting salt on the wound. It was a pretty awful experience, so much so, that I am sure I am never going back there. Longo is definitely not family. More

Each time, Daniel provided outstanding service and a great price by happily matching the lower price coupon of another area Lexus dealer. For a couple of the services, a loaner vehicle was needed and Daniel made sure that we had one available for our use. More

New car purchase from George Kantanto My wife and I just bought our third Lexus (2020 Lexus 300H Nebula Gray/Black) from George Kantanto at Longo Lexus this past Sunday. We have also refer My wife and I just bought our third Lexus (2020 Lexus 300H Nebula Gray/Black) from George Kantanto at Longo Lexus this past Sunday. We have also referred a couple of friends as well as our son and his girlfriend (2017 Lexus CT200) to George over the last few years. Once again George provided us with outstanding service as well as a great price. George was very patient with us as we were not sure if we were going to buy the gas powered ES350 or the hybrid 300H. He had us to test drive both vehicles before making a final decision. He was also very patient when my wife was not sure if she wanted Atomic Silver or Nebula Gray. He took the time to show us both colors even though we had to drive over to their off site storage lot to find the colors we were deciding on. We highly recommend that you call George if you are in the market for a new Lexus! More

He pointed out all the different features on the car, the differences between models, and never pressured us on anything. Lexus offers so many colors and options with the RX350; but, as large as Longo Lexus is they cannot have all possible colors with all the options. This was frustrating as cars with the colors and options I wanted were not available. George was patient and listened to my requests until finally he found a close match. (My previous cars have always had seated seats but somehow I missed this option which I still wish I can have installed.) My wife is happy with the new RX350. George helped so much. He is awesome. There was absolutely zero pressure and frankly he is quite helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending George, representing Longo Lexus, to anyone looking to purchase an automobile. Lexus Professional Experience + FWY Test Drive! Rony Parada, was the first person to come out and greet me. I enjoyed his gentle approach and his flexibility to consider my request to go inside and discuss numbers. I liked that he put things in writing, and printed out an invoice to work with. All of my requests were well received, and he responded to all of them: quickly, efficiently and respectfully. To put it simply, I loved that I was respected, listened to, and how Rony was fully present throughout our dealings. The whole process including the test drive lasted less than a few hours. Overall, smooth transaction! Bonus: His brother David Parada in the service department was on point, noticed this theme with everyone at this dealership! 10/10 More
Two Incidents of Bad Customer Service Within the last three weeks, I took two of our vehicles for service, 2018 IS300 and 2018 RX350L and had two terrible customer service experiences. Within the last three weeks, I took two of our vehicles for service, 2018 IS300 and 2018 RX350L and had two terrible customer service experiences. First Incident - scheduled an appointment for my IS300 regarding a bad/chemical smell when the A/C is on. Service advisor Taylor SH helped us since Robin Ho is not available. The car was in the service area when I talked to Taylor regarding the issue. She immediately diagnosed the problem as air cleaner and need to have the A/C components cleaned. She gave me a quote of close to $300. I told her to have the technician check it first and to give me a call of his findings. But Taylor insisted that it is the air cleaner and the A/C needs a cleaning (I can’t fathom how a service advisor can override the automotive technician on the car’s problems). I just decided to have the car pulled from the service bay since I can’t get my point across to Taylor and I felt like she wanted to have the sale rather than providing good customer service. I wasted my afternoon that day and still ended up with a car with a bad A/C smell. Second incident - scheduled our RX350L for a 15K service on a Friday afternoon and had my wife dropped off the car. We requested a loaner since my wife has limited time that day (she came from work) and have a seminar the next day. Again Taylor SH, was the service advisor since Robin was off by the time my wife got there. Taylor mentioned that the loaner should be brought back the next day. Since my wife has a work seminar the next day, she mentioned that she might be late and might not make it before closing. Taylor again insisted that the loaner needs to be back the next day and even mentioned that our service was a “baby service” and does not warrant a loaner. She even suggested just to wait for it. Out of stress and frustration, my wife decided to pull our car back from the service bay and cancelled the service. The frustration arises since she only had limited time and busy with her work and felt that her needs were not accommodated and considered. She felt that Taylor has no compassion towards her customers and only concerned of what is convenience to her. I barely write reviews, nevertheless bad ones but had to do it this time. We have been going to Longo Lexus for the past 15 years to service four of our Lexus cars which majority were bought there. We had excellent relationship with Jennifer Nam, service advisor and Victor Reyes, fleet sales manager. Unfortunately for us, Jennifer was promoted to a higher position (I can see why Jennifer was promoted, it was because of her excellent customer service skills. She still even help us schedule our service appointments even though she’s in a different department). We never experienced these kind of frustrations with Jennifer and always had an excellent service from her. Now, we are doubtful if we can still take our cars to Longo Lexus for service after these experiences.☹️☹️☹️ More
