Person at the podium for my Lexus car rental was rude, he was very short with me and didn’t even use full sentences to explain things. My service person, Kelly Yang, was also rude. I’ve dealt with him before when I still had my IS250, he is the reason I didn’t go back to Longo to lease my 300. I just didn’t have a choice now for service because this is the closest to me. I think he recognized my name so when he was calling my name he was calling for Mark Hunter. He lied and said he didn’t see the first name when I came up to him and asked if he was calling for Mary. He said he was going to text me when the car was done but he purposely called and left a message looking for a Mr. Hunter. Again. If anyone sees me, no one will mistake me for a man, this Kelly Yang is rude and I never want to deal with him ever again. I should have complained the first 3 times he was rude to me but I grew up being told that if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. But I’ve had it with this guy.. More
